2004 Nissan Maxima Se Sedan 4-door 3.5l 31,000 Miles No Reserve on 2040-cars
North Tonawanda, New York, United States
Up for auction is a 2004 Nissan Maxima 3.5SE. The car is in overall decent shape for the year. The car runs and drives great with no lights or issues. The car only has 30,865 miles on it so its like a new car still. The brakes are in good shape wit lots of life left. The front tires have about 45% tread remaining and the rear tires have about 75% tread left. The transmission shifts smooth as its supposed to. The outside of the car is in decent shape it does have some scratches and a few dings here and there to be expected of a used car. The rear bumper has clear coat peeling on it from sun over the years but would be a inexpensive fix to have someone repaint it and make it look like new again. The only rust on the car is above the windshield there is a bit of rust that started but again it would be a easy fix to have a paint shop sand it quick and touch up the paint. I bought the car from a local municipality that used it for a supervisors car so the maintenance was kept up on it and wasn't driven much so that is the reason for the low mileage. When I bought the car they told me they serviced them every 3000 miles. They also told me that the cars sit a lot so that is the reason for the paint peeling on rear bumper due to the sun. The interior of the car is in good shape with no tears or smells. The car has all the options in it and also has the see through roof glass that is a neat option on it. Overall this is a nice looking car that is nice to drive and well maintained. The car is sold as is where is and buyer is responsible for pickup or arranging shipping. A deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of auction close and remainder must be paid within 5 days. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will get back to you asap. |

Are you the 2015 Nissan Versa facelift?
Fri, 26 Jul 2013The current-generation Nissan Sunny - the overseas equivalent to the Versa sedan - has been around since 2010, and now it appears that Nissan has some small changes in store for it. Based on these small, dark and grainy photos from Chinese site, Auto Sohu, the Sunny could be set to receive a slight styling refresh.
From what we can tell, the biggest change will be to the headlights with the Sunny getting boomerang-style units similar those on current Nissan sedans in the US. We wouldn't be surprised to see these changes to carry over to our Versa sedan soon. Grille and fascia changes also seem to be in the works, but it's hard to make out any other changes from these images alone.
Nissan confirms what's in the box
Tue, 28 Jan 2014While there were few doubts about what could've been hiding under the giant cardboard box being transported on a flatbed truck earlier this month, Nissan has officially confirmed that it was, in fact, a Versa Note being delivered from Amazon.
As a part of the special promotion, online shoppers who bought a Versa Note using the retailing giant also received a $1,000 Amazon gift card. Scroll down to watch how the car was packaged and shipped as well as what the buyer did with all that cardboard.
Nissan NV200 Chicago Taxi looking for a #HailYes
Fri, 07 Feb 2014Nissan may be loaning out its small van to General Motors for its Chicago Auto Show debut, but that doesn't mean that Chevrolet is the only one with new NV200-based wares to share. On the heels of launching its Taxi Of Tomorrow for New York City, the Japanese automaker is giving America's Second City a livery of its own.
Shown here in a green and white paint scheme that "expresses a modern take on a historically popular Chicago taxi color," this NV200 Chicago Taxi is the company's less-than-subtle bid to capture some of the city's cab business, which is estimated to have about 7,000 units in service. Nissan is urging the public to generate discussion on social media and hopefully capture local taxi fleet operators' attention with a #HailYes campaign.
Beyond its unique appearance, this NV200 appears untouched, which means it's still powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine backed by a version of Nissan's ubiquitous XTronic continuously variable transmission.
