THE ULTIMATE SLEEPER!
This GTR was sent to Switzer with 11,371 miles on the odometer in mid April 2016. I received the car back in late
July 2016. Since I've had it back, I've put 1,318 miles on it. I have only participated in one event with it, The
Colorado Mile, only taking 7 total runs, on the first cool morning of the event, with all runs before lunch
(actually had the last run before lunch on Friday). The first 5 runs were very easy, shifting at 2K in 1st/2nd
until I hit 3rd to make a good pull to 7K for a good datalog to send back to Swizter for ECU tuning in the 1st,
2nd, and 3rd maps . I then took 2 decent runs (tickets from 2 of those runs shown in photos). I did not launch the
car at the event (haven't since I received it back from Switzer). Am I scared to? Probably. But, this event was
primarily to send datalogs from pulls back to Switzer for final ECU tuning in Colorado. So, I took it easy. I ran
in the under 200mph class (no roll bar, 5 point harness, fire system, etc.) in the full weight car. I had to back
off in both runs as not to brake out of the class limit, still did with a 203. You can check the Colorado Mile web
site for the results. You can see by the second ticket in the photo that I was quicker in the 1/4 and 1/2, but
ended slower top speed than the 203 run. I actually hit 210 at about 7/8 mile and fully let off on that run.
Didn't want to get kicked from the event. Car ran very fast being that I really didn't push it, or launch it, and
the Front Range Airport is at 5,500 feet! This car has the 13th fastest car speed at the Colorado Mile in the last
2-years (event started in 2015), but it is actually quicker as mentioned. It would easily be in the top 3-5 if it
had the safety equipment, used the R888's, actually launched the vehicle, and ran the 100 Maps as well! Beast!
But, best part about the car, drove it to the track and drove it home. This is a daily driver if desired. This
thing would be phenomenal to drive at Sea Level (Texas Mile!).
Too note, I haven't even tested the 100 Octane maps yet!
This car has been inspected recently and serviced by Boulder Nissan. Boulder Nissan has serviced the vehicle since
I've had it the past year+, and even after the build (general items, oil changes (I supply the Switzer spec'd oil
and filter to them)). The Brembo Carbon/Ceramic kit was purchased from Switizer, but installed by Auto Trends in
Fort Collins, CO. Went to HPR once to bed in the Carbon Ceramic brakes.
To build a car like this you would need to spend $70-85K on newer used GTR, over $80k on the complete build, and
have a minimum 3-4 month wait time for the build. So, instead of waiting for you GTR to be built, I suggest you
pick up my extremely clean, "lighlty" tested, and beyond fast 2015 GTR BE. It is sitting in my garage under its
heavy duty car cover currently, just waiting for you!
Besides the info below, I am currently running Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's (stock sizing) with less than 500 miles
on them. Additionally, I have brand new Toyo R888's (Front 285/35R20 100Y, Rear 315/30R20 101Y), that I planned

Recharge Wrap-up: Tesla Model S in landslide, Plug'n Drive wants EVs
Mon, Oct 26 2015A woman and child survived a landslide in a Tesla Model S. The front of the car was severely damaged with the hood and front fascia badly crumpled. The rear hatch window glass caved in, but while the windshield was cracked, the safety glass held together. While in another vehicle, the occupants could have been crushed by the tree that landed on the car, the cabin structure of the Model S mostly withstood the pressure, saving the humans inside. It's not the typical situation most people think of when considering car safety, but it is a dramatic example of the protection the Model S offers. Read more and see the aftermath at Green Car Reports. The Renault-Nissan Alliance will provide 200 battery electric vehicles for the United Nation's COP21 climate conference in Paris. Together the cars will drive a combined 400,000 kilometers (about 248,550 miles) emissions-free. The cars - a fleet of Renault Zoes, Nissan Leafs and Nissan e-NV200s - will be used as shuttles for the conference attendees. The Alliance will set up a network of 90 chargers for the event, powered by low-carbon electricity. The residual emissions will be offset through a UN carbon offsetting program. Read more from Nissan, or at Green Car Congress. At the Queen's Park Electric Vehicle Day this week, the non-profit group Plug'n Drive called for Ontario to emphasize vehicle electrification. The group says that adding electric power to more cars, "can make a significant contribution to GHG emission reductions in Ontario, while at the same time benefitting the Ontario economy." GHG are, of course, greenhouse gases. According to the group, there are currently more than 12,140 EVs in Canada. Read more in the press release below. Nissan e-NV200 electric van will start FedEx testing in DC
Wed, Jan 22 2014The electric van test program that Nissan and FedEx announced today at the Washington Auto Show isn't really all that new. After all, FedEx is already testing the all-electric e-NV200 in Singapore, Japan and Germany. The news today is that FedEx will be one of the first companies to test the EV in the US, and Nissan brought a prototype to the show to gin up interest. 200 CHAdeMO stations were added in December, a monthly record. The e-NV200 uses a powertrain similar to what's in the Nissan Leaf and weighs about the same as that passenger car, but Nissan isn't talking about US performance figures quite yet. Nissan isn't even saying if the vehicle will even come to the US, but this test program sure hints that something like that is in the works. For now, all that's official is that Nissan will bring two - yes, just two - e-NV200 units to the US, letting FedEx test one in the Washington, DC area for between six to eight weeks before cycling the EVs to other companies in the US over the next year. The idea, as you may have guessed, it to gather data on how companies might use this van and let Nissan figure out if it wants to sell the e-NE200 here. The van will start being built in Barcelona, Spain this spring and is currently intended for Europe and Japan. FedEx is no stranger to greener vehicles, and has 167 EVs in its US fleet right now. The e-NV200 can use CHAdeMO fast charging, and Nissan said today that it has helped install 570 of those DC fast chargers in the US since announcing expansion plans last year. At the time, the target was 500 chargers in 18 months, so things are progressing faster than publicly anticipated. In fact, 200 CHAdeMO stations were added in December, a monthly record. Jan. 22, 2014 Nissan and FedEx Express Put All-Electric e-NV200 to Work in Collaborative U.S. Test WASHINGTON, D.C. - FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp., and Nissan announced today at the Washington Auto Show that the two companies will begin testing the Nissan e-NV200, a 100 percent electric compact cargo vehicle, under real world conditions in Washington, D.C. This test marks the first time the vehicle will be running in North America. FedEx Express and Nissan have conducted similar e-NV200 tests with fleets in Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Brazil. FedEx and Nissan are both committed to reducing the environmental impact of their operations worldwide.
