2014 Nissan Gt-r Premium Coupe 2-door 3.8l, Low Miles, Extra Clean on 2040-cars
Little Rock, Arkansas, United States
I have owned this car for a year and have loved it. I have always been a fan of the GTR because of it's amazing performance for the price. If you have clicked on this then you know about the GTR. I don't need to nor do you want to read some list of performance specs for the car. I won't waste your time.
This is the Premium model so it won't beat the crap out of you on regular streets like the Black Edition. Also it has the all black interior and not the horrible red and black interior. What the heck was Nissan thinking!? I had a harder time finding the Premium edition when I was shopping for the GTR but I'm glad I found this car. The car has no modifications. The wheels are aftermarket and can go with the car. I also have the factory wheels available if you want them instead. Both sets of wheels can be negotiated in the deal. The aftermarket set are very nice but I'm a dipshit and somehow curbed both rear wheels. The scuffs are not bad but are there. I took pictures of both scrapes so you can see them. The aftermarket wheels are made by Klassen and they forged. The rear tires are Nitto Invo 315/35R20 and the fronts are Nitto Invo 275/40R20. Tires have less than 900 miles on them. Exterior has no rock chips. Interior still smells new and is non smoking. Car has not been tracked or abused. I've launched it a couple of times (how can you not try that!!) but it has been mostly a saturday night dinner car with my wife. Always garaged and always waxed and clean. I am always interested in trades. I will trade book value for book value so pick whether you want to do wholesale, trade, or retail. Doesn't matter to me as long as it is apples to apples. No rat rods, classics, motorcycles, motor homes, or boats. I don't want something that is impossible to sell. Looking for black two doors with low miles and high horsepower. Do not want cars with aftermarket mods. Please let me know if I can help you and I'll be glad to do it. I don't mind getting a PPI for the car but it is your responsibility to set it up. Inspection at my shop only and I will not allow someone to come pick it up to take it somewhere. I have a very busy schedule and it is very tough for me to take the car to a dealership and wait for it while it gets a PPI. Last thing, use the Best Offer option. You never know what kind of a day I'm having and you might just hit me right and you might own this car for a screaming deal! I've got the itch for a new car and I have the title in hand so let me know what you can do. |

MI man injured in crazy Nissan Titan crash caught on video
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Earlier today, a man from Kentwood, Michigan was seriously injured after a bizarre accident on Interstate 96 outside of Lansing. While he's expected to make a full recovery, it's the footage captured by another driver that makes this incident so remarkable.
The 59-year-old driver of the Nissan Titan involved in the crash was towing a trailer when he hit the median and was catapulted over a guardrail into a local creek. A driver that was traveling alongside caught the entire incident on Vine, creating a disturbing loop of the truck flying through the air, before disappearing from view.
The man was recovered by rescue services, taken to a hospital, and is expected to make a full recovery. It's unclear what caused him to lose control and end up on the median. Scroll down for the six-second Vine video.
Should heavy-duty pickup trucks have window stickers with fuel mileage estimates?
Sat, Sep 23 2017If you were to stroll into your nearest Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan, or Ram dealership, you'd find a bunch of pickup trucks. Most of those would have proper window stickers labeled with things like base prices, options prices, location of manufacture, and, crucially, fuel economy estimates. But you'd also run across a number of heavy-duty trucks with no such fuel mileage data from the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA doesn't require automakers to publish the valuable miles-per-gallon measurement for vehicles with gross weight ratings that exceed 8,500 pounds. That makes it difficult for consumers to compare behemoths powered by turbocharged diesel engines – between one another, and between smaller, gasoline-fueled trucks. Consumer Reports doesn't think it should be this way, and it's spearheading an effort (PDF link) to get the government to require manufacturers to publish fuel economy estimates. In its own testing, CR found that heavy-duty pickups powered by Ford's Power Stroke, GM's Duramax, and FCA's Cummins diesel engines (which doesn't include the Ram's EcoDiesel) get worse fuel mileage than their lighter-duty gas-powered siblings. We're not so sure HD-truck buyers are unaware of this fact – big diesels don't really come into their own until big loads are placed in their beds or attached to their trailer hitches. Under heavy workloads, the diesel trucks will almost certainly return greater efficiency than a similar gas-powered truck. What's more, HD trucks with lumbering diesels in general make the driver feel more confident while towing due to greater torque at low engine RPM than gas trucks. They also offer greater max-weight limits. Still, we agree EPA fuel mileage estimates should be offered for heavy-duty pickups. And we think the comparisons provided by Consumer Reports might be interesting to potential buyers. Click here to see the results of CR's tests, and let us know what you think using the poll below. Nissan to unveil next-gen Qashqai on Nov. 7
Wed, 30 Oct 2013Never heard of the Nissan Qashqai? That's alright, because Nissan has a big crossover lineup, and this one is only sold overseas. But in the markets where it's available, it's been an unbridled success and the cash-cow its name suggests. It was introduced in 2007, and by the end of that year, Nissan had already sold 100,000 of them in Europe alone. By 2011 it had made a million of them, and to date has sold over two million worldwide. And now it's preparing to launch an all-new model to replace it.
Spied while undergoing development a few months ago, Nissan has now announced that it will reveal the new Qashqai on November 7th. But to keep us on our toes, the Japanese automaker has released this teaser image.
Cloaked and looking like something out of Tron, the new Qashqai promises to borrow heavily from the Resonance concept shown earlier this year in Detroit (a bit ironic since the Qashqai isn't sold here) and follow the lead of the new Rogue (or X-Trail as its known in markets where it shares showroom floorspace with the Qashqai).
