You are bidding on a 2009 Premium Super Silver Nissan GT-R. I purchased this car in February 2011 with approx. 4,000 miles on it and have driven it as a part time daily driver car over the last two years. I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan GT-R to replace this 2009 GT-R. I also have another GT-R that I race on road courses full time so this car has only been to the track two times and it was driven very little those times. The car is a 9 out of 10. (I don't believe a used vehicle is likely to be a 10/10.) Wheels are perfect, no scuffs or damage. The car has never been in any kind of accident and has been meticulously maintained. Both keys, all books, non-smoker.
I have added the following aftermarket upgrades:
- OEM-style SEIBON Carbon Fiber Hood $2,000.00
- OEM-style SEIBON Carbon Fiber Truck Lid $1,800.00
- OEM-style SEIBON Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler $1,200.00
- Stillen Front Lip Spoiler $ 500.00
- Rear Tow Hook
In addition to above, I recently mounted new Michelin Pilot Super Sport XL 285/35ZR (square). Retail price on these is $1,408.00. (Photos were taken before new tires were mounted.) At least 80% wear left in them.
Note that some of the photos reflect the OEM front lip as they were taken before I installed the Stillen Front Lip Spoiler. I have included specific up close photos of the Stillen Front Lip. It is much more aggressive looking than the OEM Lip.
If you prefer the stock hood and trunk, I still have those and can swap them out for the SEIBON carbon.

Nissan's Carlos Ghosn taps the brakes on autonomous car progress
Fri, 18 Jul 2014
"Self-driving cars remain a long way from commercial reality."
Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn shocked the automotive industry last year when he announced that his company plans to offer consumers an autonomous car by 2020. The automaker even showed off its self-driving Leaf prototype as proof. He was bolder recently with the pronouncement that select markets could have them in 2018, if laws allowed. The boss' optimism appears to be waning, though, and he's now sounding a lot more conservative about the future. While driverless vehicles are still on the way, Ghosn is hedging his bets with a more gradual implementation of several systems.
What happens to Renault-Nissan after Ghosn is gone?
Tue, Dec 30 2014Carlos Ghosn is a very, very busy man. Like, really busy. As in, he heads up three automakers (and their subsidiaries), running facilities in 68 countries and selling vehicles in 170 different markets across the globe. He flies over 300,000 miles per year and works 15 to 16 hours a day, just to manage an alliance between the Japanese and French that's responsible for an expected $140 billion in sales this year alone. The Chairman and CEO of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, Ghosn has managed a number of remarkable feats during his time at both automakers, but there are some that are questioning how much longer the 60-year-old exec can handle the punishing nature of his responsibilities. According to Fortune, six months ago Ghosn signed a four-year contract to continue running Renault, while his tenure at Nissan will continue until at least 2017. Beyond that, though, the future is rather murky, and it's made worse by the high-level turnover that Renault-Nissan has experienced over the past few years, losing execs like Carlos Tavares, Johan de Nysschen and Andy Palmer. Fortune has an excellent, and lengthy, feature on Ghosn, his responsibilities and the danger posed to Renault-Nissan by his departure. If you're at all curious about what the exec has done for the two automakers, how this alliance has worked when so many other industry partnerships have failed and just what a post-Ghosn future may hold, head over and have a look. Thanks to a year of free charges, Nissan Leaf sees sales increase in Texas
Mon, Mar 10 2014Nissan is pretty certain that free charging offers in the two largest metropolitan areas in Texas are substantially boosting sales of the Leaf electric vehicle. Heck, one Houston car dealer says Leaf sales have tripled because of the plan, which is run by NRG through its batch of eVgo Freedom Stations. Each of these stations has a fast-charging outlet and a standard Level 2 cord where EV drivers can plug-in without breaking out the wallet. Here's how the plan works: NRG is offering a year of free charging for those who buy or lease a Leaf in either the Houston or Dallas-Fort Worth areas. NRG has 17 stations in Houston and another 23 in DFW. Nissan pays NRG a fee for employing the program, and it's apparently paying off, Nissan's Brendan Jones told Plug In Cars. The stations are located at retailers such as Walgreens and at gas-station chains. The "No Charge to Charge" program started October 1 and runs through the end of this month. The promotion may be driving sales, but let's remember that Nissan was touting a rise in Leaf sales numbers before the free charging deal went into effect. Of course, the fun does eventually end, and folks have to start paying for the juice after that first year. Two options NRG offers are a 12-month unlimited charging plan for $39.95 a month or a year of unlimited one-hour sessions at a Level 2 a cool $59.95. Californians, there's sadly no word on Nissan or NRG bringing a similar program to the Golden State. Because we know you were wondering that.
