I am selling a 2003 Nissan 350Z Touring. This car is being sold as part of an estate sale. It has a clean title (no liens or anything), was never in any type of accident, and has always been babied and dealer maintained. It has had only one elderly owner, and only 29K original miles on it. The outside is a rare European orange, and the inside is black leather with orange stitching. The car has all options and is fully fully loaded- automatic transmission, full leather interior, xenon lights, heated seats, bose sound system, 6 CD changer/cassette, keyless entry, etc. It is in great mechanical condition and has always been dealer serviced by the owner. It needs nothing, and will drive you anywhere. EXTERIOR: The outside of the car is in excellent condition. It was always garage kept, and definitely shows it. No dents/scratches, nothing like that. Only one minor scrape on right rear quarter panel that was touched up years ago (pictured). Paint is overall very glossy and looks beautiful! INTERIOR: The interior of the car is in excellent condition as well. The leather seats all look great, heat is hot/AC is cold, and all power/electronic options work as they should. It is a non-smoker car. MECHANICALLY Let me first start out by saying that I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car tomorrow from New York to Florida and then back. Given the mileage and condition, you can be assured it is in excellent shape mechanically. The car has always been looked upon and does not currently need anything. Maintenance has always been kept on it, and it's ready to go anywhere. As a final note, all I can say is that this car is in excellent condition all around. If you're looking for an ultra-low mileage Nissan 350Z that was babied from day one, this is it. Please know the car is being sold AS-IS without any warranty implied or expressed. 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo to hit 60 mph in 2 seconds?
Wed, 31 Jul 2013Here's your daily dose of incredulity - AutoExpress is reporting the 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo will hit 60 miles per hour in two seconds. Okay. The report comes from an unnamed source that AE spoke with at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and would mean that the GT-R Nismo, a car that will likely sit below $150,000, will be able to outsprint (over short distances) a 1200-horsepower, $2.58-million Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.
Citing a more potent version of the GT-R's twin-turbocharged V-6 along with a healthy drop in weight, AutoExpress says that the performance is the result of the same group that helped develop the Juke Nismo, Williams Advanced Engineering. An unnamed engineer for Williams (it's not made clear if this is the same source from Goodwood) notes that there are improvements to be had "even with a car like the GT-R."
As exciting as the GT-R Nismo is going to be, we're having a hard time accepting that it will be able to hit 60 in two seconds flat, at least on street tires. What do you think? Have your say in Comments.
Nissan says next Rogue coming September 10
Thu, 22 Aug 2013The Nissan Rogue has been around since 2007, and after nearly seven years on the market, it's about due for replacement. Which is just what Nissan has announced is coming up next down the pipeline.
The Japanese automaker didn't reveal much to go with this teaser image of the headlight and front fender, saying only that "the all-new 2014 Nissan Rogue will push the envelope of CUV design starting on September 10 when it is unveiled." That's the day on which the Frankfurt Motor Show opens its doors for press previews, so it's pretty safe to say that we'll be seeing it at the Messe.
The news follows the spy shots we brought you two weeks ago. Expect the design to follow the lead set forth by the Hi-Cross concept from Geneva last year, with production to take place in Tennessee.
