Hello, Up for auction is my son's 1987 Nissan 300ZX base coupe. This car was garaged kept by the previous owners. This car is in nice shape and runs strong, starts right up and handles great. As you can see by the pictures the body is rust free, as well as the frame too. The car had a recent paint job by the previous owner less thean a year ago. This car has power windows, which work great, 8 way power driver seat, power brakes and steering all in good working order. This car is equiped with locking T-Tops that do not leak and even have the matching upper interior inserts and storage bags too. The 5 speed shifts smooth and easy and the car tracks great. There is a Pioneer Super Tuner stereo with a hidden CD player and the rear speakers have been upgraded so it sounds nice and the power antenna works too. The flip-up headlights work fine also as do all the gauges. The a/c does need a charge though. Interior has some slight wear but has no rips or tears and no funny smells either. The engine is a 3.0 liter six cylinder that looks and runs great. Please ask questions if you have any. There will be a non-refundable $300 deposit through Paypal within 24 hours and the rest can be in cash or bank check, please keep in mind that the title will not be turned over until after any funds clear, so cash is best for a quick turn around. Nissan Qashqai caught looking sleek

The next-generation of the not-for-US-consumption Nissan Qashqai has been out doing some testing in southern Europe this week. And, if the dressed-in-trash-bags look is any indication, it's been doing a lot of roadwork so it can make weight for the big meet the weekend.
Nissan designers haven't been scared to take big design chances with recent new models, so expectations are that the Qashqai crossover will get a bold new visage for its generational changeover. What we see in these photos indicates a sleeker, slightly trimmer CUV however, with no trace of the bug-eyed look we captured recently on a testing Titan.
In the rest of the world, it's a good bet that the Qashqai will be powered by engines ranging from a 1.2-liter turbo up to a 1.6-liter forced-induction unit; that larger one good for something like 215 horsepower. Diesel powerplants will be in the mix, too, for the compact CUV, and word is that Nismo might get its hands on this Rogue cousin for the first time ever.

Demand for electric car rentals unplugged by range anxiety

It's the hurdle that electric vehicles must clear to be launched into the mainstream: range anxiety. But this time it isn't prospective customers who worry about running out of juice, Bloomberg reports, but renters who return to car rental agencies before their lease is up and trade their EVs in for more traditional gasoline-powered autos and gas-electric hybrids.
"People are very keen to try [electric vehicles], but they will switch out of the contract part way through ... they think they can't get to a charging station," says Lee Broughton, head of sustainability at Enterprise. Enterprise customers who rent EVs reportedly trade them in 1.6 days into the rental period on average, which compares unfavorably to the six- to seven-day rental periods of traditional, fuel-burning automobiles.
Christopher Agnew, an analyst at MKM Holdings LLC, says that longer range would help rental customers' range anxiety, especially since they are usually renting vehicles in unfamiliar places.
