Up for sale or trade is a 1984 Nissan 300ZX, real head turner. I love this car, but I'm going back to school and won't have the time for it anymore. This is the first year for this car and it only has 128,xxx miles on it. T-Tops! Engine and trans both in good shape. Have done a lot of work and I have all receipts for work done. Just had a recall done, new fuel injectors, new fuel pressure regulator, new wire harness. New tires about 6 months ago, new rear brake calipers and master cylinder, new plugs and plug wires, rear shocks, and hatch lift supports. It has a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/MP3/BT stereo with two new speakers in the back. New outer tie rod ends and alignment. It does have a fair amount of rust, but it is still workable. It needs a power steering pump, but I have been driving that way as long as I have owned it without any problems. A/C needs to be recharged. No ABS, or E-brake, but this car is about going fast and looking good!! Overall, a very fun car that I don't want to see go. If you have a car to trade let me know. See more pics at photobucket

Nissan Juke Nismo RS reveal confirmed by LA Auto Show

With the LA Auto Show a little more than a month away, we're getting a good idea of which cars we'll be seeing there. Show organizers have issued a press release that names numerous debuts we've heard about already, and one that caught our eye as brand new: the Nissan Juke Nismo RS.
We first heard about the Juke Nismo RS last year, and reported news of track-focused handling upgrades as well as a boost in power to the tune of 270 horsepower - an increase of 73 hp over a standard Juke. There is still no definitive word as to what else the will come with the Nismo RS package.
In addition to the Juke, we hear that the Nismo brand will also help unveil a new concept vehicle for Nissan on the LA stage.

A quiet drive in the country can be the most relaxing thing in the world. What if it didn't have to end, and you could keep driving for a week, a month or even a whole year? That's what Scott Fisher is doing by taking a one-year sabbatical from work and driving his 1967 Datsun Fairlady Roadster around North America.
"I had owned a manufacturing business in Las Vegas for 16 years. I knew I needed to kinda' get out, and unwind, and get my mojo back," said Fisher.
Fisher's trip has covered over 30,000 miles through 44 states and 7 Canadian Provinces, and it is not over yet. He left from his home in Las Vegas, NV, last spring and drove to the Pacific. From there, he drove up the coast to the Canadian border and aimed the car for the Atlantic. He just posted on his blog about visiting the Nissan headquarters and museum in Franklin, TN, and his next stops are Mississippi and New Orleans, LA.
