This Car has perfect interior! Car has been repainted in years past but is in A-1 condition. I am the 5th owner "by title transfer". From what I understand the 2nd owner traded to the dealership in California, dealer sold it at auction to Deland Nissan store Manager (4th Owner) in Deland Florida who did all the upgrades/modifications, Then I bought it from the Deland Sales Manager as the fifth owner. This is not a teenagers car because... Build was done by GTR , Z master tech & race car instructor Derek Heim. (Some pics show the car in the dealership when it was being upgraded.) He installed new ACL racing bearings,valve cover gaskets, new DeatschWerks ethanol compatible fuel injectors, new high resistance plastic rear spoiler with non turbo finisher, new racing wheel lugs, new power antenna and it has the original Bose audio cassette and CD player . Interior in the car is perfect! No rattles! Leather seats, dash board, steering wheel, power driver seat, cold A/C, power windows, power locks,cruise control,factory security system, door panels,rear hatch wiper, 18"light weight wheels on a set of Bridgestone Potenza 265/35R18 Rear and 245/40R18 front, Car is running at 14 pounds of Boost and is fast. Running max factory tuned boost with no adjustable pop-offs. This car is ethanol fuel compatible with these upgrades, If you buy other 300ZX without theses upgrades you will pay later! Nissan union wants French to stop meddling with Renault alliance
Thu, Dec 3 2015Nissan is getting some unexpected reinforcements in its ongoing battle with the French government over its involvement in Renault. Its Japanese union, which has traditionally been a very hands-off entity, issued harsh criticism for the French government's attempts to assert control over its alliance partner. According to Bloomberg, this is the first time in 16 years that Nissan's union has weighed on the company's affairs, and it's stating its position on the matter in no uncertain terms. The union called France's attempt at scoring double voting rights within Renault "unacceptable and against the intended spirit of the Alliance." "We support the numerous attempts of Nissan to engage with the French government to find a balanced and constructive solution that will benefit and strengthen the Alliance," the union said in a statement obtained by Reuters. It's unclear what impact the union speaking out will have on the current power struggle between Renault-Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn (shown above) and the French government, but we doubt it'll contribute to any quicker of a conclusion. Nissan recalling 13k Versa Note hatchbacks
Wed, 31 Jul 2013Nissan is recalling 13,000 of its new 2014 Versa Note hatchbacks due to an issue with various bolts used to assemble the vehicle. Considering the Versa Note was only recently put on sale, this news must be driving Nissan nuts (we couldn't resist), but presumably the lion's share of these vehicles are still at dealerships.
According to a report from The Detroit News, there are two separate issues. The first has to do with the latches for the rear seats, which include bolts that may not be strong enough to keep the seats upright in the event of a crash. The second relates to the bolts that attach the body to the undercarriage. Apparently they may not have been tightened properly, and in rare cases may be missing altogether. No injuries or accidents have been reported from either issue.
Owners are being told to report to dealers for the fixes, with notifications coming in mid-August.
