Check Out This 1997 Nissan 240sx We Just Got As A Trade In Ready To Sell No Reserve Highest Bidder Gets The Car. Nice car does have clear coat damage on the hood roof and trunk, mechanically the car is sound runs and drives fine transmission shifts ok the a/c is in good working order and is still cold the windows do work go up and down like they should sunroof opens and closes radio works but the CD player is inoperable the tires are in ok condition but will probably need to be replaced in 6-9 months. Overall I rate this car a 6 out of 10 for the year that is it I personally drove this car a couple of times on errands and I found it to drive ok keeping in mind the year that it is a 16 year old car. if you have any questions give me a call 915-440-6389 my name is angel

Nissan Leaf all-electric taxis start pilot program in NYC [w/video]
Tue, 23 Apr 2013When New York City picked the Nissan NV200 as its Taxi of Tomorrow, many were surprised that the vehicle wasn't electric, or even a hybrid for that matter. With NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg on hand, Nissan celebrated Earth Day on Monday by unveiling a pilot program of electric taxis for the city consisting of six 2013 Nissan Leaf EVs, which the mayor referred to as the "taxi of the day after tomorrow."
This pilot program is aimed to show how EVs can operate as taxi cabs, and Mayor Bloomberg said that New York City hopes to have a third of its taxi fleet electrified by 2020. In addition to the six cars, Nissan has also provided three quick chargers around Manhattan, allowing the Leafs to get an 80-percent recharge in just 30 minutes.
According to David Yassky, commissioner of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, "What we have to do now is figure out how you integrate the charging of an electric vehicle into the duty of a taxi cab."
Nissan reviving Pulsar name for Euro market
Mon, 19 May 2014The Nissan Pulsar doesn't have what we'd consider a rich history in the US, other than on some models decades ago. However, the nameplate has been part of the Nissan lineup globally since 1978 and has proven popular in Asia and Australia. Now, the brand is teasing a five-door hatch to revive the name and hit European showrooms this fall.
The new Pulsar will be built at the company's recently renovated factory in Barcelona, Spain. It's not clear from the teaser whether this is the same model that is already sold in other parts of the world or a brand new vehicle. Although, Nissan says in the announcement that the car "has been designed to meet the specific demands of European car buyers."
With competitors like the Volkswagen Golf and Ford Focus, the European five-door hatch market is seriously competitive. It will be interesting to see if Nissan will have something special to bring to the table. Scroll down to read Nissan's full teaser about its latest hatchback in Europe.
