I have done the following repairs to the car. New battery, New starter, New cam guide, I have installed a new Transmission Control Unit (TCU).(Expensive item)
New serpentine belt and harmonic balancer, New radio, New rear wheel bearings. (Very expensive).
I have buffed the clear coat out and the paint has a decent shine-considering its age. I have driven this car all over Florida (where I live).
I also have put new tires and brakes on the car. Of course regular maintenance items....
The A/C blows cold. It handles the road very nicely. In fact I am very impressed considering I also own a Vette and a Charger R/T.
Having said all that, it does have a lot of miles on it. This car has had very good care, you can tell by the still nice interior in it.
If you like these GT's this would be a nice one to have and a great car for a student also. Gets approx. 25 MPG on highway.
Good Luck bidding! Buyer is responsible for shipping, title work and taxes. Car is sold AS IS.

2014 Mitsubishi Lancer to shrink
Wed, 24 Oct 2012The aging, oft-forgotten Mitsubishi Lancer won't get a replacement until sometime in 2014, but a new report states that the next-generation model could be a relatively drastic departure from the car you see here. Mitsubishi Motors Corporation President Osamu Masuko told Australian site The Motor Report that the new Lancer will be smaller than the current car, going in a different direction than the vast majority of other automakers.
"The new Lancer will be a very new car, and will be sized somewhere between the current model and its predecessor," Masuko-san told The Motor Report.
There are both pros and cons to this decision. On the plus side, a smaller car means the Lancer will likely have a weight advantage over other vehicles in its class. That said, Mitsubishi will need to find ways to maximize interior space and create efficient packaging in order to still have its compact sedan remain competitive with strong offerings like the Hyundai Elantra, Chevrolet Cruze, Ford Focus and so on.

Mitsubishi boss labels French minister a "retard" for "ruining the lives of motorists" [UPDATE]
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Arnaud Montebourg (pictured), French Minister of Industrial Recovery, was recently the target of a rather despicable slur at the hands of Mitsubishi France's leader, Jean-Claude Debard.
Frustrated by Montebourg's attempts to encourage the purchase of lower emitting vehicles and discourage use of high-emission vehicles - by way of tax breaks and tax hikes, respectively - Debard reportedly used the occasion of a new product launch to call the minister "stupid," a "mental case" and a "retard" before members of the media. Here's the full quote, as reported by the French newspaper La Provence by way of The Telegraph:
"This mental case, this retard, increases ecological taxes, reduces the speed motorists can go on Paris' ring road and ruins the life of motorists from all social origins all suffer as a result of him. He is stupid and understands nothing, you can quote me on that."
