Wappingers Falls, New York, United States
Up for sale: 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT SL - Pearl White * V6 Automatic. 106,000 miles
She's a beauty that has been appreciated and well cared for... Runs excellent. I purchased this vehicle in 2001. Transmission was rebuilt at 100,000 miles, (have paper work to show for), oil changed every 3,000 miles, 4 new Firestone Champion HR's. The exterior paint and clearcoat are gorgeous with no rust or dents...the interior is very clean, however, normal wear on the leather front driver and passenger seats have recently caused one seam on each seat to come unstitched. Original front floormats. All original inside and out. Owners manual. Loaded... FWD, cruise control, anti-lock brakes, anti-theft system, driver and passenger airbags, excellent A/C and heat, adjustable tilt sunroof, power locks, power windows, power drivers seat with adjustsble lumbar, power mirrors, power steering, adjustable steering wheel, steering wheel remote control switches, Tour/Sport Electronic Control Suspension, Power/ Economy Mode Change-over Switch, fog lamps, rear spoiler. AM/FM cassette player not working but I believe its a loose wire connection to the radio itself. |

Toyota, Honda, Nissan and more collaborating to increase fuel efficiency
Sun, 25 May 2014Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Daihatsu have announced an alliance that will see a push to improve fuel economy from both gas-powered and diesel-powered engines by as much as 30 percent before the end of the decade.
The newly assembled Research Association of Automotive Internal Combustion Engines put the roughly $20-million project together, with the Japanese government committing to half the cost while the eight manufacturers will chip in the rest.
According to Automotive News, the automakers will team up and share basic research on internal-combustion engines in a bid to cut costs. Eventually, the results of the research will find its way into a production vehicle, although it's unclear just when we'll see the fruits of this partnership on the road.
Carlos Ghosn to step down as Nissan CEO on April 1
Thu, Feb 23 2017Carlos Ghosn announced he will be stepping down as CEO of the Nissan on April 1, to be replaced by current Nissan co-CEO Hiroto Saikawa. The move comes after close to two decades of leadership and the rebuilding of a company that was close to disaster. Ghosn isn't finished with the company he helped rebuild, as he will remain on as chairman of the board and continue on as leader of the Renault-Nissan Alliance following the change of guard. In addition to running Renault-Nissan, Ghosn has taken over as chairman of Mitsubishi Motors after acquiring a 34-percent stake in 2016, a move he spearheaded. Ghosn stated, "I am confident that the management team I have developed at Nissan over the past 18 years has the talent and experience to meet the company's operational and strategic goals. Having recently taken on new responsibilities at Mitsubishi Motors, and taking into consideration the upcoming Nissan general shareholders meeting, I have decided that the time is right for Hiroto Saikawa to succeed me as Nissan's CEO." A release from Renault-Nissan said the move allows Ghosn to focus more attention on bringing together the three companies. Saikawa, his replacement, has been with Nissan since 1977 and has overseen operations in the company's markets worldwide.
