Up for sale is a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL 5 speed.
I purchased this car with the intent to restore to its original glory and I have not had the time to work on it. The interior of the car is in great shape, no tears in the front seats and they look new. The door panels are in great condition and the top of the rear seats are cracking from age. I installed a carbon fiber kit on the dash to add some character to the dashboard. All the gages work including the electronic climate control. The air conditioner was in working order last I ran the car. This car has been sitting for about a year now and when I went to start it the battery was dead. This car does run and drive but when you are at a stop the idle goes so low and sometimes stalls. The transmission shifts through each gear without any issues. I replaced the serpentine belt but there is still a load squeal coming from one of the pulleys. The car shakes a bit when you drive and is in desperate need of an alignment. The Rims are AT Italia and have 245/40/18 tires, I would put the rims and tires in fair condition. They have scuffs and scraps I added lowering spring to the front which lowers the car approximately 1.5 inches. The rear spring need to be installed and are in the trunk of the car. This car is in great condition to start as a project car and will not take much to get it into great shape. The paint is in pretty good condition and has a decent shine to it. I have a clear title in hand and the car is ready for a new owner. Let me know if you have any questions.

Mitsubishi profits in North America for first time in seven years
Fri, Apr 24 2015Well, this is a change of pace. Mitsubishi has actually made some money in North America. It's the company's first operating profit in seven years, and while it might only be $4.18 million – yes, Mitsubishi made less in 2014 than some professional athletes – it's definitely a start. Sales in the US were up 19 percent between January and March, to 32,000 units, while 2014's overall sales jumped 21 percent to 117,000 units, Automotive News reports. Perhaps more impressively, the company is predicting a bountiful 2015, with sales up to 128,000 units and operating profits climbing to $58.5 million. If Mitsubishi is doing this with cars like the ancient Lancer and the awful Mirage, we should probably expect some good things when newer, more competent vehicles like the new Outlander hit dealers.
2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 has a trunk for your junk
Thu, Mar 24 2016If you're in the market for an inexpensive new car and it absolutely must be a sedan, then the 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is both of those things. The tiny four-door isn't beautiful, but the vehicle offers buyers optional high-tech amenities like smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The little guy debuts at the New York Auto Show and arrives at dealers this spring. The Mirage G4 shares much of its styling with the hatchback but grafts a trunk onto the rear. The stubby front and back make the sedan look charmingly bulbous. There's just something cute about its short, rounded shape. The G4 also uses the hatchback's powertrain. A 1.2-liter three-cylinder with 78 horsepower and 74 pound-feet of torque spins the front wheels. Customers can choose between a five-speed manual or a CVT, Mitsubishi spokesperson Alex Fedorak tells Autoblog. Mitsubishi brings back the Eclipse as a crossover
Tue, Feb 14 2017The rumors were correct. Mitsubishi announced Tuesday its new crossover will be called the Eclipse Cross. Based on the company's statements, the idea is this crossover has coupe-like style, which is why Mitsubishi chose the name of its well-known Eclipse two-door. In this form, however, it will also be a practical crossover – hence the Cross name. Mitsubishi also released a few more teaser images that reveal a fair amount of the sport-ute. From what we can tell, the design closely follows that of the XR-PHEV II concept shown at Geneva two years ago. While the Eclipse Cross is certainly toned down compared with that concept, it still shares the basic grille treatment, side character line, taillights, and rear glass design. We'll admit we're sad to see the name of a classic Japanese sports coupe take up residence on a small sport utility vehicle. In part because it just doesn't seem quite appropriate. But, also because it means we won't see a sports car with the name. Of course, Mitsubishi could go a long way to making us feel better by making, say, a high-performance, all-wheel-drive version of this crossover. It could be called Eclipse Cross GSX. Feel free to use that idea, Mitsubishi. Related Video:
