1992 Mitsubishi 3000 GT SL
Pearl White "Only 68K"
5-Speed
"Near Mint Condition"

This is very well cared for 1992 Mitsubishi 3000 GT SL with only 68K. These cars are very hard to find with a this Low mileage. It is also very difficult to find one that has not been modified in anyway(BONE STOCK). This has always been a car that was babied and preserved. It is obvious this car was always garaged and very well serviced it's entire life. This car also comes with a clean Autocheck (No Accidents).

The Inerior: is in very very good condition. Non-Smoker car therefore no burns or other wear on the seats or carpet. It has a 5-Speed manual transmission tat shifta smooth and the clutch is firm and releases where it should. It also has ice cold A/C, Factory Stereo, Cruise Control, and all options work as they should.

The Exterior: is in very very good condition as well. There is no damage or rust on this car maybe a few rock chips in the hood that is it. Far less than you would expect for a car this age and you have to get very close to see any. As I said it was always garaged so the paint has nice depth and shine. It also has the Factory upgraded Alloy Wheels with New Tires that do give this car a great look, but everything is stock.

This car is ready to go. As a matter of fact they drove the car so little that they would have the oil changed because it had been six monthes and he had only driven it a couple hundred miles. It has the 3.0L. with the 5_speed manual transmission witch is a great combination it has plenty of power and tork, yet gets resonably good mileage.

As stated these cars are very hard to find with this low mileage, in this condition, and non-modified. But you know that if you have been looking. This car looks even better in person.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES

All cars are sold As/Is and all inspections are to be done prior to bidding.

Nissan's plan to supply US Mitsubishi dealers with family sedan stalls

Tue, Jan 27 2015

Mitsubishi has quietly had some big success recently. The Japanese brand sold 77,643 vehicles in the US for all of 2014, a 24.8 percent jump over 2013. While still relatively small overall (Ford sold 74,355 F-Series trucks just in December, for example), it shows definite growth for the sometimes forgotten automaker. Unfortunately, the latest news might not help the company's future expansion. The proposed partnership of Mitsubishi and the Renault-Nissan Alliance on at least one midsize sedan for the US market is off the table, according to Automotive News. The company informed sellers that the collaboration had fallen through during a National Automobile Dealers Association meeting. "I told them that the plan has stalled," said Don Swearingen, executive vice president of Mitsubishi Motors North America, to Automotive News. "And I said that's really all I can tell you at this time." Under the original partnership, Mitsubishi was supposed to get a D-segment sedan that would have been built at the Renault-Samsung factory in Busan, South Korea. The automakers were also negotiating for Mitsu to get a C-segment four-door as a global model and developing an electric kei car for Japan together, due in 2016. While the sedan is gone, Mitsubishi isn't completely bereft of improved products in the pipeline. The Mirage Sedan is being launched in the US, and the Outlander is supposed to get a redesign for the 2016 model year. According to Automotive News, the Outlander Sport and Lancer are also due for refreshes in 2016, and a new Mirage is on the way.

Mitsubishi ending US production

Fri, Jul 24 2015

Mitsubishi is closing the doors on its US production as part of a "strategic move," Japan's Nikkei news service reports. According to Automotive News, the company declined to comment on the factory, and instead said it had "no plans to stop selling" vehicles in the United States. That's not what we asked, folks. According to the Nikkei news, the company is in the process of finding a buyer for is Normal, IL factory, which it opened as part of a joint venture with Chrysler back in 1988. The facility currently employs 918 UAW workers, whose jobs Mitsubishi is attempting to save as part of its negotiations with labor reps. The Normal plant is the only Japanese production facility with UAW representation, Automotive News reports. Normal is responsible for production of the Outlander Sport, building nearly 70,000 examples last year. Production is continuing on, according to the vice president for the local UAW Local, Kyle Young. "We haven't heard anything," Young told AN in a phone interview. "We're supposed to have negotiations coming up" in August. It's not clear how much the Mitsubishi will be selling the Normal plant for, nor is it clear if any parties are interested in picking up the facility, which contributes around $120 million to the local economy each year.
