This was my dream car and I have loved it, but sadly i don't have the money to care for it now.  The only real problem mechanically that i am aware of is the transmission it locks up while driving and after it did that twice I have not driven it just to get someone to tow it to their shop and just check out whats going on around here they wanted to charge me more than I can afford so I'm just trying to grow up and move on so Im getting rid of this beauty. it might not cost much at all to fix I'm not sure but I just don't have the time or money right now.  I was working on changing the interior from tan to all black, so the roof is still tan and so are the seats but the carpet is black now.  Also included is the extra carpet that is black and everything I was using to fix it up with extra pieces and everything you will need to finish the job.

As far as mechanical upgrades I have spent over $10,000 in the engine, new twin turbos that push 20 lbs (over 500 hp), I have the boost controller peak limit set to 21.9 so they could still push more if everything gets tweaked just right. the engine is all chromed out when getting all the engine upgrades so it looks great after a detail job. Also new headers, Intercooler, manifolds, intake, injectors, everything to handle the power of the engine  The next thing I was going to upgrade was the transmission but now I don't have the money or time. the clutch is a high performance one had that replaced a while back.
The cosmetic damage on the outside was from hydroplaning into a poll so there is a dent behind the passenger door and scuffs from curb on the driver side and det as well, one of the rims has a scuff also.  The front bumper has a scuff.  The passenger seat belt is also not attached but is just in the car.
The sound system is custom built for this car and is one of a kind and just cost over $2,000.00. it has 2, 12inch subs and 2 amps in the trunk, the backseat was removed to make room for everything so the backseat is no more.
The car has a full Borla exhaust which sounds great on this car. The white pieces on the hood are new vents for better air flow just haven't been painted.
The brakes were replaced and with new calipers and rotors everything. And new Tires as well.
I do have a lot of paperwork the winner is welcome to have receipts, a CD service manual, instruction manuals ( Blitz SBC i-d Boost controller, Super airflow converter, Greddy full auto timer, Mechanical gauges) and a binder with instructions for everything from changing the antenna to removing the interior dash and side panels and installing gauges.
custom hood scoop one of a kind!!!

Just selling the car as is, everything I have listed is all that I am aware of, I had this car for a long time and it has been great to me.  It does still run so it shouldn't be to hard to get it on a trailer it does still drive as far as I am aware of.  But it will have to be towed or trailered I wouldn't chance driving it home in case it locks up.

Do NOT bid if you cant follow the rules of Ebay and by that I mean you Must pay the deposit within 3 days and the rest in cash when you come to pick it up.  DO NOT try and do what the last guy tried and only want to pay when he came to check it out first. You Bid you Win you Bought it AS IS. Im not trying to hide anything This car is still amazing and if I had the money to get it checked out and fixed I would because it wont take much to make this into an ultimate street machine. I just dont want to deal with another Idiot like the last winner.  This is the second time I had to list this car.

If you part this car out the following are the value of some things
custom one of kind hood scoop
tires over $1000.00 (less than 500 miles)
wheels over $1000.00 ( they are from australia)
custom intercoolers - over 1000.00
Bolar exhaust - 1500.00
plus all the extras and new stuff (tubors, etc)

the pictures show the car with the front bumper removered to show the intercoolers and also for safer transportation, it is very easly to remove and replace about 8 screws

I know this listing isn't very good I really hate to get rid of this car but I need to move on from it so if you have any questions just ask I can get some audio clips of the engine and blow off valve or exhaust just send me a message and Ill be happy to email you any pics you request or video clips.

SHIPPING:
you can pick up
or i will bring it to you,  the first 200 miles will be free then $1.00 per miles after that, but the car ( atleast 1/2)and shipping must be paid for first

Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV II points the way forward with its angular look [w/video]

Wed, Mar 4 2015

The Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV II on display at the Geneva Motor Show isn't really a completely new vehicle but more of thorough reworking of the earlier XR-PHEV from the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. For the latest interpretation, the Japanese brand is getting the design ready for an eventual debut for the road. While the two concepts look practically identical at first glance, the XR-PHEV II is far more possible for production than its predecessor. The grille and hood now feature openings to let the vehicle cool its plug-in hybrid system, and the rear design offers enough glass to actually let the driver see out of the back. The interior for the latest version also looks mostly functional this time and is clad in eye-catching orange upholstery. The XR-PHEV II's powertrain is a bit more mysterious, though. It's a front-wheel drive PHEV that's powered by a 12-kWh battery and offers a total output of 160 horsepower. However, Mitsubishi isn't taking about the internal combustion engine's displacement or the model's transmission. Still, the company is clear that this look is a glimpse at its future crossovers, and that would be a welcome change. XR-PHEV II's more angular design would certainly liven up Mitsubishi's somewhat staid lineup.

Mitsubishi to add new crossover to US lineup

Tue, Nov 3 2015

With crossovers of all sizes enjoying immense popularity with consumers, Mitsubishi is making a grab for some of the action with a third CUV offering. The as-of-yet unnamed vehicle is set to slot in between the baby Outlander Sport and the full-size Outlander, CEO Osamu Masuko told Automotive News ahead of the Tokyo Motor Show. Aimed squarely at the crossover-crazy US and European markets, this new vehicle will likely enter production two years from now. That should mean an auto show debut at Paris or Los Angeles in 2016, or at some point in early 2017. The new vehicle would duke it out with the redesigned Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tuscon. If it sounds like this new CUV would cannibalize some of its little brother's sales, you'd be right. To prevent this, Mitsu will tweak the sizes of the vehicles it currently offers. "The Outlander is growing in size, while the Outlander Sport is getting smaller, so it opens a space for the new SUV," Masuko told AN. "We need something to fit in between." Having a three-tiered CUV lineup might help Mitsubishi, which has enjoyed 26 percent sales growth through September this year. According to AN, over half of Mitsu's current sales come from the Outlander and Outlander Sport. Adding a third CUV would capitalize on a US market that's clamoring for light trucks and crossovers. Before the third model debuts, the next step for the brand will be the arrival of a plug-in hybrid Outlander. You can look for our review on that next year. Here are a few of our automotive guilty pleasures

Tue, Jun 23 2020

It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway. The world is full of cars, and just about as many of them are bad as are good. It's pretty easy to pick which fall into each category after giving them a thorough walkaround and, more important, driving them. But every once in a while, an automobile straddles the line somehow between good and bad — it may be hideously overpriced and therefore a marketplace failure, it may be stupid quick in a straight line but handles like a drunken noodle, or it may have an interior that looks like it was made of a mess of injection-molded Legos. Heck, maybe all three. Yet there's something special about some bad cars that actually makes them likable. The idea for this list came to me while I was browsing classified ads for cars within a few hundred miles of my house. I ran across a few oddballs and shared them with the rest of the team in our online chat room. It turns out several of us have a few automotive guilty pleasures that we're willing to admit to. We'll call a few of 'em out here. Feel free to share some of your own in the comments below. Dodge Neon SRT4 and Caliber SRT4: The Neon was a passably good and plucky little city car when it debuted for the 1995 model year. The Caliber, which replaced the aging Neon and sought to replace its friendly marketing campaign with something more sinister, was panned from the very outset for its cheap interior furnishings, but at least offered some decent utility with its hatchback shape. What the two little front-wheel-drive Dodge models have in common are their rip-roarin' SRT variants, each powered by turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. Known for their propensity to light up their front tires under hard acceleration, the duo were legitimately quick and fun to drive with a fantastic turbo whoosh that called to mind the early days of turbo technology. — Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski  Chevrolet HHR SS: Chevy's HHR SS came out early in my automotive journalism career, and I have fond memories of the press launch (and having dinner with Bob Lutz) that included plenty of tire-smoking hard launches and demonstrations of the manual transmission's no-lift shift feature. The 260-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder was and still is a spunky little engine that makes the retro-inspired HHR a fun little hot rod that works quite well as a fun little daily driver.
