2010 Mini Hatchback, All Records And Only Dealer Serviced on 2040-cars
Englishtown, New Jersey, United States
Absolutely stunning Mini Hatchback. 30,500 miles, garage ket, dealer serviced. You could eat off this engine. The only reason that I am selling it is because my daughter is going to grad school. The car has been in the garage more than its been on the road. It is a naturally aspirated 1.6L engine with a 6 speed transmission. All service has been done by Mini of Princeton. Last month I put new brake pads and there are all new Bridgestone tires all around. ( I didn't like the rise of the run flats) A full size spare is hidden under the hatchback floor. We are the second owner. I bought the car from a dealer in Tennessee that had taken it back on a repo. The car when we bought it had 2,500 miles. It is in the same condition (better) due to the comfortable Bridgestone radials. 172HP @ 5500RPM The car also has bluetooth wireless connections for hands free calls, and iPhone, iPad direct connections. The car on long trips will give you as much as 46 MPG. Around town it has no problem with 35+. I will not ship the car, but I will help the buyer with any logistics to help out. |

Mini Clubman Bond Street is as special as they come
Wed, 06 Mar 2013Mini is committed to applying the brand's trademark special-edition formula to the company's long roof. The Clubman Bond Street bowed under the lights of the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, complete with its unique black-and-champagne color scheme. Like the Mayfair and Camden and Bayswater and Baker Street special editions that came before it, the Bond Street pays homage to a famous London street with mirror caps and a roof dipped in contrasting paint. The Cool Champagne color pops against the body's Midnight Black Metallic, and buyers can expect to find a set of 17-inch alloy wheels on hand as well.
Inside, the Clubman Bond Street gets Carbon Black leather seating with Deep Champagne accents. Each Bond Street comes equipped with the Chrome Line package. Under the hood, a 122-horsepower gasoline four-cylinder serves up thrust, though a 143-horsepower turbo-diesel mill can also be had for a little extra coin. Check out the full press release below for more information.
Mini stretches out with new Hardtop 4 door [w/video] [UPDATE]
Thu, 05 Jun 2014UPDATE: Information on US availability, specification and nomenclature added to the updated text below.
Few automakers have managed to spin off as many variants of essentially one vehicle as Mini has. The second generation produced even more versions than the first, and now that the third generation is upon us, the process is starting all over again. The jury may still be out on whether parent company BMW will roll out as many body-styles of this latest Mini as it did with the last, but here's our first indication.
Following the introduction of the new three-door Mini hatchback at the LA Auto Show, the Anglo-Saxon marque has introduced a new five-door model. Or four-door, depending on which Mini office you're speaking to: while this new model - an addition to the lineup and not a direct replacement for anything previously offered - is called the Mini 5 door by the factory, here in the US it's called the Mini Hardtop 4 door. Whatever you call it, though, this new Mini is essentially the same as the three-door model (or two-door model with a tailgate), only with - you guessed it - two extra doors. The new Clubman will be a separate model altogether.
Mini to introduce all-wheel-drive Clubman
Wed, Nov 11 2015The latest Mini Clubman shows how the diminutive brand will go in a larger, more utilitarian direction in the future. The next step might make the wagon an even more versatile option for buyers. A rumor from MotoringFile that cites "sources familiar with the plans" claims that the vehicle will get the automaker's next-gen All4 all-wheel-drive system as soon as spring 2016. Allegedly the all-wheel-drive system derives from the setup that's available on the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, which shares the Mini's UKL platform. The layout uses a multiple-disk clutch at the rear axle to manage power to the back wheels and can route up to 100 percent of the grunt to the tail in a pinch. When extra traction isn't needed there, power goes exclusively to the front. The All4 system will allegedly be available on both the Clubman Cooper and Cooper S models, and MotoringFile estimates the cost of ticking the option box at around $1,500. After introducing the tech on the standard versions, a hotter John Cooper Works model capable of powering all of its wheels will also reportedly begin production around next November. Mini will reportedly also offer this all-wheel-drive tech in the next-generation Countryman. The vehicle will use the UKL platform like the rest of the brand's lineup, but the crossover will grow even larger to look more off-road ready, according to rumors. We reached out to Mini USA spokesperson Mariella Kapsaskis, who says "she can't confirm anything officially about an all-wheel drive Clubman or JCW variant." Related Video:
