You are bidding on a 1953 MG T-Series Convertible Replica with a manual transmission. It has a green exterior and a tan interior. This car was first registered in 1983 and was built on top of a 1973 Volkswagen chassis. The 1953 MG T-Series body was produced by Fiberfab. The car's exterior includes an impressive amount of beautiful chrome on pieces such as the front and rear bumpers, the back of both headlights, the back of both side mirrors, the grill on the front of the car, and the spokes on all four wheels. The paint on the fiberglass exterior of the car is in very good condition without any major damage. There are a few very small chips in the paint (which can be seen in the pictures) but nothing significant enough to dampen the beauty of this classic vehicle. The vehicle comes with all analog gauges which can all be viewed in the pictures and videos. The speedometer and amperes gauge are responsive and accurate. The tachometer, gasoline, oil temperature, and oil pressure gauges are all responsive but may be inaccurate. Both brake lights and rear turn signals work. Both headlights and front turn signals also work. The lights on the interior dash that blink when the turn signals are on both also work (as seen in the video below). This vehicle comes with a fully functioning three trumpet horn which is powered by a working air compressor. The windshield wipers both work and the heater in the car blows hot air once the car has warmed up. The switches on the dash used to activate things such as the radio, headlights, heater, etc work just as they should. This car also comes with a functioning aftermarket digital radio system with one Dual speaker under the dash. The removable convertible top is in fair condition in that the passenger side window has separated a bit from the top (this could be fixed with a little bit of superglue). The top has also shrunk over the years, as these tops tend to over several decades, but it still snaps down with a little finesse and does a good job of keeping rainwater out of the interior. The four cylinder engine runs strong and starts up quickly. The carburetor was acting out a couple of weeks ago (most likely a faulty float) so I installed a manual fuel shut-off valve which solved the problem nicely. This shut-off valve is also an excellent accessory to have for long-term storage of the vehicle as you can manually stop the flow of fuel just as you would unplug the battery before storage to stop the flow of electricity. The car has had a cherry bomb exhaust system installed which gives the engine a powerful sound while running.
There is nothing being intentionally hidden about this replica car, as so many people do in ads and auctions. If there is something you should know about the car of which I am aware, it's available to you in the listing. Use the combination of the photos, videos and text for full disclosure, with more emphasis on the photos and videos as the description is clearly not intended to be exhaustive. As eBay says, a single picture is worth a thousand words. eBay strongly recommends the best practice of providing as many photos as possible and letting the photos do the talking, rather than trying to describe in words what can be seen in a photo or trying to recreate in words what already is provided in photos. I have gone far out of my way, unlike many other online sellers, by shooting hundreds and hundreds of photos in just about every imaginable angle for you to analyze. By doing this you don't have to rely on a seller's "interpretation" of characteristics of the car, but instead you can draw your own conclusions from what you see. My goal is that if you use everything I provide to you, you get a more thorough demonstration of the car than if you came to see a car in person. With that being said, I still gave you my impression of the car's characteristics above as material for secondary analysis. If your impression of a picture/video differs from what I've written or said, then your own opinion should govern your conclusion. If you have any questions please message me through the eBay messaging system, which eBay indicates is always the preferred method of communication. I will try to answer within 24 hours.

I do not offer a warranty on anything that I sell, ever, as a matter of personal philosophy -- this MG T-series Replica is being sold AS-IS with absolutely no warranty of any kind expressed or implied --. Other than what is seen in the videos/pictures, no testing of this car or its mechanical/electrical aspects have been done and there is no implication that something works on it that hasn't been specifically demonstrated to be working in a video or text; you should not assume something works or is present that would have worked or was present when this car was new. For liability avoidance, I must state that all systems have to be professionally safety-checked prior to your use of this car. I do not offer any kind of a warranty on anything that I sell, ever, as a matter of personal philosophy -- this MG T-series is being sold AS-IS with no warranty of any kind expressed of implied. You get the car as pictured, captured in the videos, and described, a clean and clear title, a Bill of Sale, two keys, and any vehicle records that I have in my possession.
