The car you are looking at right now is a 1952 MG TD Roadster. It is an excellent condition running and driving original car. Records indicate it has had one repaint in its existence. Owner's Manual and Original Tool Kit Components Included, Original Hand Crank Included and Service Records. Really impressive amount of original documentation from factory and dealer. Documentation indicates special request wire wheels and wood dashboard. Includes all original Side Curtains and canvas convertible top -- the top materials is fragile like an archaeological artifact; there is also a brand new full needlepoint top included. The car runs and drives very well -- it has not been regularly on the road in 15+ years and up until doing this eBay presentation it had not been started in 15+ years of storage. Always stored indoors and drained of all fluids before storage 15 years ago, it recently was given some fuel, new coolant/anti-freeze, grease fittings greased, oil replaced, hand cranked 20 revolutions to distribute oil, battery replaced, electric starter engaged and it started immediately and ran smoothly and quietly. A video was taken of this first start in more than 15 years. Half an hour later it was driven for additional videos to be done. There are several videos below, and a summary photograph album containing about 100 pictures, and below that there is a library album with more than 3,500 pictures (three thousand five hundred pictures) of this car to answer questions of molecular detail for the most discerning buyer. Mechanical and accessory features of this car work properly, and the paint and body are in excellent shape. A deposit of $500 is due immediately if you use the Buy-It-Now, or within 24 hours if buyer has negotiated an agreed price. Storage for up to 2 months is allowed at no cost to you, in other words it's FREE to store your car for 2 months. There are no additional fees that I will charge you, for storage, or anything else -- you pay me only the purchase price established on eBay. However, I am not comfortable storing it beyond 2 months and you will incur significant fees if you leave the car to stay longer than that, of $30 per day with a minimum charge of $100. For the remainder of money due after your deposit I will not accept checks of any kind, neither bank checks, nor personal checks, certified checks, nor official checks, nor registered checks or otherwise....none are accepted, period.
