This is a 1952 MG TD Replica by Fiberfab on a 1970 VW Beetle frame. The original construction was partially completed in the early 90s and was placed in storage for over twenty years. It was then sold on eBay in 2011. The only salvageable components were the fiberglass body, seats, top, transmission and engine casing. The car was rebuilt by noted Baja racer and VW engine specialist. There are new disc brakes all around and new shocks. The engine was rebuilt as a 1631cc with chromed tin, and new alternator with serpentine belt. All instruments are new including wiring harness. The car has a convertible top, side curtains, and new tonneau cover. The original Fiberfab instruction/construction manual is included. VIN 1102873133. Mileage 154 on engine.
