I purchased this out of Ohio last summer. It's an awesome car, I just have too many projects going and not enough room for storage.
The body and paint show well from five feet good driver not show car quality, some rust showing on very bottom of driver fender and in front of rear wheel small spot starting above passenger wheel well. You have to be on your hands and knees looking under to actually notice it. Bottom side is very solid. No leaks that I can see. Interior is presentable all there and clean, but could use a freshing up. Stereo is well you would want to replace it or just put a block out plate in. Gages all work horn works heater defroster work blinker lights all work, return on blinker usually doesn't work so you have to turn off manually, sometimes it takes a quarter of a mile for the speedometer to start working.
Tires are good brakes seem good. Drives and steers well, Steering wheel is a little off center.
Under the hood I have replaced the distributor and switched to a petronix, new coil plugs and wires, new electric fuel pump valve cover air cleaners, original cleaners included. heater control valve and cables, I think I did the choke cable also and cleaned up wiring and changed any hoses that looked suspect. Cleaned and adjusted carbs, they work fine and I was going to switch over to a Mikuni setup from Moss motors either way it would be on my list to send them in for a rebuild. Oil pressure is good temperature runs good and after setting for some seven months it just started right up.It is a 4 speed manual shifts fine sorry no overdrive again I had planned a 240z 5 speed conversion from rivergate. I know I always ask this question and someone else will too. Can I drive it home? It has no known problems besides what I have mentioned but it is a 43 year old british car that isn't geared to run above 65 for long periods. I do have the title also
