1966 Mgb Roadster With Rare Factory Hardtop on 2040-cars
Woodstock, Vermont, United States
Here is a great opportunity to acquire a very nice early MGB roadster with the rare factory hardtop. Restored in the late nineties and cared for by one owner until recently. Amazing body, never any rust, floors, sills, trunk compartment, all are in excellent shape. Great panel fit, good to excellent chrome, paint is very nice, a few minor nicks from use, but excellent finish and shine. Drives and performs without fault. Runs extremely well, great oil pressure, surprisingly no oil leaks, all hydraulics, clutch, brakes, lights, etc. are in fine fettle. Like new full leather interior, panels and carpets. Original crackle finished dash, instruments and controls are in great shape. New convertible top, wire wheels, Ansa exhaust, and recent radials. Overall this B is outstanding, with a bit of effort and very little expenditure it could be ready for the summers show season. Please check my feedback, I have been fortunate to acquire select and interesting motorcars and take great pride in offering fine examples to enthusiast like myself. I have owned and currently own Healey's, Morgans, Tr's, and Jags, and I find these early MG's to be entertaining to drive and very simple to maintain, all at a price which has to be considered reasonable when compared to other English roadsters of the same vintage. The car is available for inspection by appointment, email any questions, all will be answered promptly and honestly. Bid with confidence, this is a fine automobile offered with a very fair reserve.
