This is a 1960 MGA that I have had for over 30 years, Most of the work was done to the car in 1989, It was a fender off restoration, and used for fun most of the time. The motor I believe is from a 1962 MGB and is an 1800cc which most consider an upgrade from the stock motor. The car came with this motor, so I don't know how many miles it has on it, however it is a strong runner and does not smoke or burn oil. I have upgraded it with a screw on oil filter kit, I have also replaced the oil pump and added K@N air filters and still retain the original air filter. The generator has also been replaced along with a Moss Motors Radiator recently. (orig radiator comes with the car) Clutch and pressure plate have also been replaced.

The body is in very good condition and doors, bonnet and trunk have the correct spacing as pictures show. The inside of the trunk was also repainted along with the spare tire which has never been

used since the restoration. Everything works on the vehicle with the exception of the Fuel Gauge, there is power to the gauge and it registers full all the time, I believe it may need a fuel sending unit. I have not done any cutting on the car in order to retain the original body, I have speakers in place where part of the spare tire goes into the cabin. This car also was changed from 6 volt to 12 volt. The seats are the original leather and could use replacing as they are original to the car. The top was also replaced when the car was in restoration, it does have a small tear on the drivers side about 1/4 inch from being stored behind the seats. This 54 year old car runs down the road just fine but I am sure it could use a little tweaking .
