My fault, I picked the wrong mechanic. Had him pull the engine for a rebuild, and then nothing happened. That nothing became a year, then two. At that point it became my fault for not pressing the matter. At ten years I picked up the motor , but a rebuild is now a total restore. I toyed with making the MGA electric, but do not have time or money, or proper mechanic. Anyway the car which I drove twice round trip from SC to Indiana , and had loads of fun with for 12 years before my rebuild error needs a new  owner. Questions would be a good idea for this auction.
