Offered is a 1959 MGA roadster recently removed from over twenty years of indoor storage. A restoration was started on this original black car in the early 1990's and it sat until this past winter. It appears that before the car was put away the chassis was restored along with a majority of the mechanical components. This work includes: -repairing the frame, -replacing the floor boards -replacing the inner rocker panels -new stainless exhaust -rebuilding rear suspension: bushings, rubbers -rebuilding front suspension: king pin swivels, bushings, steering rack, tie rods -brake wheel cylinders and hoses -cylinder head ( appears rebuilt) and or engine rebuild? After removal from storage, the carburetors were cleaned and the car fired right up with excellent oil pressure (160). A new duel master cylinder was installed and the car now runs, drives, and stops with a good clutch and a good transmission. It needs a complete new wiring harness ( no it cant be driven home). The car has a clear Michigan title. The car is being sold in as is condition, needing complete restoration. The car is not complete.
