Summer time and I need a new home! 1972 Midget Convertible in great condition and runs beautifully! Garage kept!

Engine, carburetors, and cylinder head were completely rebuilt in 2006 and driven less than a 1,000 miles since (full synthetic oil to engine and transmission, odometer reading at 84,966 but never turned back). Complete, custom exterior paint (2004) with a minor scratch to front left faring. Complete underbody anti-rust coating (2004).

New clutch kit and clutch master cylinder, brake master cylinder, thermostat, outer and inner wheel bearings, front rotors, rear wheel cylinders, pads, shoes, hoses/lines, front tie rod ends and calipers, electrical and stereo. New battery, plugs, choke cable, light rings on front headlights as well as driver's side exterior rear view mirror. The heater valve has also been replaced new. Fuel tank completely cleaned with new fuel pump and hoses.

Engine is mated to a Nissan 210, 5-speed transmission which was how originally purchased in 1989. Garage kept with all original paperwork since I took ownership in 1989.

The turn signal housing and electrical were replaced in 2011, but the turn signals and hazard button have since stopped working and the brake lights don't activate when the pedal is depressed. Reverse lights, running lights (front, rear, side), headlights (high and low beam), interior gauge lights, trunk light, windshield wipers, heater/blower fan, stereo are all in working order. All of the gauges, to include the speedometer, oil pressure, and temperature work properly. The tachometer stopped working in 2011, but may be just a loose connection.

The cover does need to be replaced some time down the road (in fair/good condition) and one of the hinge points for the convertible frame has broken, but you are able to place the cover on correctly if needed to provide protection, without interference when driving. The front locking latches on the windshield are in great condition. Also, there is no pump for the windshield washer fluid. The seats are in great shape and recline/slide well. I have kept all the paperwork pertaining to the restoration since 1991. It has never been in an accident to my knowledge.
