1979 Mg Midget on 2040-cars

Here is a 1979 MG Midget 1500.  We've checked it out, it runs and drives well.  Not a restoration, just a solid car.  Body is solid, interior is complete, everything works.  Car is original color (Pageant Blue), with a few small dings and touch-ups  There is a crease in front of each door where the door opened into the body.  We have put new check straps on both doors to prevent this from happening again.  Car has a Monza exhaust, and AM-FM-cassette.   Has a new convertible top and new tires.  Good low-priced driver-quality sports car.  Ready for top-down summer motoring.

The mileage shown (28,691) is what is on the odometer.  We make no claim that it is original or correct.  Very possibly the speedo has been changed at some point.
