1973 MG model B two passenger convertible. The car is not museum piece, but is an excellent driver quality car. Overall the body is very good condition. The interior is new and really quite nice as can be seen in the pictures. The convertible top and cover are both black and in excellant condition. No obvious dents, some areas of the exterior body need attention, car needs to be re-painted and floors, door bottoms and sills are solid. Mechanically the car is in very good working condition and is fun to drive.

The following work was completed over the last 5 years, Lots of new parts: OEM MGB Original wooden steering wheel, radiator, radiator fan, 2 soft tops, windshield, Accelerator Cable & guide, Starter, wheel bearings, thermostat, seatbelts with shoulder straps, handbrake cable, Trunnion handbrake cable, wiper blades, all brakes & rotors, calipers, brake master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, leaf springs, tube shock conversions - front and rear, all tires including spare tire, fuel tank, fuel sending unit & seal, tie rod end kit, weber carburetor, alternator, distributor, ignition coil, fuel pump, fuel filter, interior, rear leaf springs, radiator, cooling fan, plugs, points, distributor cap & rotor, the trunk floor is solid and front end rebuild including kingpins and all suspension bushings.

Included in sale is new OEM HOOD, steel (British Motor Heritage, $800 value) not shown in black primer and new lower panels LF & RF for front fenders (lower 12 inches, $100 value) not shown in black primer.

Body has 145,400 miles on it. The engine is a 1974 with 61,400 miles on it (installed at 132,000 with 48,000 on engine at the time) and a valve job was completed on engine when it had 47,500 miles.
