This is a 1970 MGB roadster. It shows 85K miles, which I believe to be original. It runs like a top. The interior is nice, no cracked dash, seats and door sill pads are not torn. This has an older paint exterior respray which appears somewhat amateur at close inspection, but the car is extremely solid. I've pictured a magnet at all suspect places. I can not find any significant bondo. The floors are not patched or rusty. The undetailed engine bay is extremely clean and there are no goofy aftermarket parts. The paint looks OK, even at close up but might look better if given a good buff job. I will be posting more pictures on photobucket. Email me for link or search there under user dnaj11. I've owned this car for several years. Its a darn nice driver. I had a 1971 just like it while I was in college. I did find that car too, (see my other auctions), but I bought this one rather than restoring my old one. This one was, and remains, ready to go. We bought a house in Florida and cant keep them all. So here it is priced to sell. The previous owner told me the engine here was touched on by an MG specialty shop, but I can not confirm that. It does run very well though! Twin 6 volt batteries are new. There is a hole in the top, near the rear corner where they all go. And the rear trunk lid only opens when it wants too. I have not learned the trick, but I did have it open. Nothing unusual there but found some extra parts which go with the car.
