I have owned this car for the past 24 years. It is hard to believe I am actually selling my beloved MGB, but with my two small children, I promised my wife we would purchase a family convertible. We spend much time together and I less and less with my MG.

LESS THAN 500 KM ON NEW TIRES INSTALLED LAST YEAR.

New Alternator with lifetime warranty
Battery cut off switch in trunk.
The dash is great, no rips or scratches.
AM/FM/CD Stereo with detachable face.
Re-moveable rear speaker box.
The steering and front end suspension was rebuilt, less than 5000km.
The brakes, front and rears done less than 1000km.

As for the engine, it was done by Oregon engines. If you google "oregonengines.net" you can get an idea of what was done.
If you clink on their "PRICE SAMPLE" page you will see that one of the engines they specialize in is 1.8ltr MG
P.S, their price of $1800 was just to rebuild the engine and did not include shipping to Oregon or removing and reinstalling the engine.
All in it was about $4500
