Bought this car 8 years ago.
It was professionally restored by Don Bridger in Jonesboro, AR (owner of "MG Bits and Spares")  who is a well known collector, restorer and enthusiast of MGs.  All original / stock parts Restoration included new engine, painted body / chassy, rebuilt and tuned carbs, Basically took it completely apart and fixed everything.  My son and I did the easy work like the seats and upholstery. Tires are brand new with little wear, . 
Performance:  Fantastic.  Have not exceeded 80 MPH while I have had the car.  Handles well and drives smooth.  Kept up with oil changes.  Horn / lights all work
Appearance - Bright vermillion red.  Yes, a few chips if you look close but a definite head turner  when we drive it .  Currently drive it on the weekend.  Never been in a wreck since I have had it.  Don't know about previous owner .  Well maintained and loved
Repairs Needed:  Fuel gage does not work.  Just need to replace the gage and I never got around to it.  Small dent on back bumper hidden by the car tag .  Extra parts available are as follows (2 seat belts not installed, new exhaust pipe, small can of original paint and miscellaneous left over upholstery / and other parts..  Comes with 2 window curtains, new tonneau cover and, spare tire and jack
