Our pricing policy is offer our vehicles at a very competitive "Buy it Now" price to help eliminate the guess work on the part of our perspective bidders as to what we feel our vehicles are worth with a provision for bidders to make a "Best Offer" bid on our vehicles as well.  We feel this is best possible way to offer both  "give and take" options to the bidding process.  This policy also puts our perspective bidders in control of the trasnaction should they elect to purchase the vehicle instantly or make an offer on one.

We also are available and will respond ASAP via telephone or email and invite perspective bidders to ask any questions they may have obout our listings in an effort to provide complete confidence with their bid and satisfaction with their purchase.  We can also offer financing and extended warranty services as well as a trade-in option to bidders considering our listings. 

Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close payable via major credit card, cash in person or a cashier's check. Payment: Vehicles will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 3 days to provide payment.  All pre-owned vehicles are sold "As Is" unless covered by the remainder of the factory warranty.  New vehicles will have the manufacturer's warranty.  Texas buyers are responsible for all state tax, title, registration, inspection fees, insurance and must have a valid driver's license.  Out of state buyers are responsible for any state required transfer fees.   Vehicles must be picked up within 5 days after the  payment received in full unless other arrangements have been made by us.  The value for a trade-in must be agreed upon by us and the buyer prior accepting the successful bid for an auction.  We offer financing and leasing quotes as well.   Buyers are responsible for pick up and shipping costs.  We assume no liability for the vehicle once it has been picked up by the buyer's shipper.   We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales.
