1978 Mercedes Benz 450sl This car is beautiful. I paid $4500 for a paint job a few years ago and this car gets a lot of looks. The best thing about this car is that its been owned by my dad and I for quite some time and it has not been driven a lot. I just tuned it up and installed new plugs, wires and distributor cap. This car runs like a champ. I spent about $800 bucks to get the air conditioning fixed and you only need a hundred dollar part to complete the conversion to new air. I also just bought a new dash for this car and the interior looks great. The only flaw is that the driver seat has tears in it. I was going to have the upholstery done, but since I am selling the car, I don't want to spend the money to fix it. This car has a newer cd player in the car and it sounds great. This is a convertible hard top and with the hard top off, this car is so fun to drive. The tires are fairly new as well. Any questions, please email me. Maybach and Aston Martin alliance talks fall apart
Tue, 27 Sep 2011If you have, like us, been salivating at the notion of a new generation of Maybach and Lagonda ultra-luxury crafts built by Aston Martin, we've got some bad news: According to reports emanating from Germany, talks between AML and Daimler have broken down.
The proposal under negotiation would have seen Daimler outsourcing production of the next family of Maybach models to Aston Martin, which in return would benefit from Mercedes-Benz platforms and engines - not only for its svelte GTs, but also for its own future Lagonda line of limousines and luxury SUVs. That, and a boatload of money - or at least that's what AML was reportedly seeking, an issue that served as the stumbling block over which the deal reportedly collapsed.
That's not to say the two parties couldn't still reach some sort of a compromise, but short of that, Daimler may opt to either shut down Maybach altogether, find another partner, or take another stab at building new models internally.
Forza Horizon announces January Recaro Car Pack with LFA N"urburgring Edition

This time it's the Recaro Car Pack featuring a motley gang of cars and trucks: the 1983 GMC Vandura G-1500, 1995 Ford Mustang Cobra R, 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLR, 2012 Lexus LFA Nürburgring Edition and 2012 Lotus Exige S.
It'll be up for download on Xbox Live on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 for 400 MS Points. As usual, if you have the Forza Horizon Season Pass you can get them all free, and Season Pass holders will also get a bonus car that's not pictured: the 2009 Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster.
