This is an R350 with a Salvage Title. This is a full run and drive vehicle that has NO MECHANICAL damage at all. I have included many videos in this listing that showcase every possible detail of the car. All of the videos can be viewed in 1080p HD detail. Each video details a part of the car, and I have included a brief description of each video. Furthermore, some videos showcase the Star Diagnostic systems of the car (This is the dealer computer that is used to check all systems on the vehicle). Other than the front sheet damage done to the vehicle, the car is perfect. I chose to only buy salvage cars for myself (there is a lot of value there), and this was going to be our family car, but I am relocating outside the US so I never got around to fixing this car. A simple and efficient way to fix this car is to buy a complete front clip like (http://www.ebay.com/itm/07-08-09-MERCEDES-R320-FRONT-CLIP-/111077954203?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AR350&hash=item19dcc3129b&vxp=mtr). This will include all the parts needed to fix this car. I am not affiliated with the seller of this clip, I just wanted to showcase what it would take to completely fix this car.

The videos show a lot of detail that no picture can equal. There is almost 1 hours worth of video and I believe you cannot get a better way to observe the vehicle in detail. Especially with the diagnostic videos which use the original Mercedes Dealership computers (for those of you who know Mercedes its called Star Diagnostic Xentry).

This is showcasing how this car is a complete run and drive. No issues at all.... The check engine light is on just because the car is missing the outside temp sensor. I show this fact in video 10 which has the Engine Diagnostic Video.

Mercedes releases 6x6 G63 AMG specs and pics [w/video]

Fri, 15 Mar 2013

Mercedes-Benz has finally dropped full details on its insane G63 AMG 6x6. The machine puts 544 horsepower to all six wheels thanks to a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8. A seven-speed gearbox shuttles power to the ground via three sets of portal axles, which helps give this machine a full 15.75 inches of ground clearance. By comparison, the standard G63 AMG sits with just 8.27 inches of ground clearance. The extra lift allows this 6x6 to ford nearly 40 inches of water and run massive 37-inch tires. All told, there are five differential locks on this thing, all controlled by a special "locking logic" that provides the best traction possible for any given situation.
The controls offer up three stages of locking, which we can only assume range from JKLOL to OMGWTF. Right now, AMG says this monstrosity is only a show vehicle, but we imagine it wouldn't take much to convince the team to whip up one of your very own. Check out our full gallery and the press release below for all the nitty gritty. While you're down there, you can also check out the video on the machine one more time.

Mercedes-AMG GT attacks Circuit of the Americas

Fri, 12 Sep 2014

Mercedes-Benz is having a banner year with its Formula One team. Through 2014, the constructor has 454 championship points; ahead of its nearest competitor (Red Bull-Renault) by a margin of 182 tally marks. We're sure they can almost taste the champagne.
It's fitting then, and a little big cocky in a good way, that Mercedes has released a video of its newest sports car at an F1 venue. In this case, the car is the lovely Mercedes-AMG GT S, and the racetrack is Austin's Circuit of the Americas.
Having seen the official photo set and scratched the surface of the technical specifications earlier this week, we're excited to finally hear the thing run. As you might guess, the deployment of 503 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque from the twin-turbo V8 is a motivating experience. Crank up your volume, and hit that play button. (Oh, and Mercedes shot the thing in 4K, too, so those of you with expensive televisions/monitors should take heed to the settings.)

Rain prolongs the Championship battle | 2016 Brazilian Grand Prix recap

Mon, Nov 14 2016

Rain and an old-school circuit are the antidotes to Formula 1's constricting technical regulations and Tilke tracks. At Brazil's Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace – otherwise known as Interlagos – rain Saturday night and on race day washed away everyone's careful plans, except for those of the man at the front of the pack. Lewis Hamilton put his Mercedes-AMG Petronas ahead of the field throughout the weekend. On Sunday, a storm-delayed start behind the Safety Car assured Hamilton of a clean path to the lead and a clear track. The Briton didn't waste it, pulling out a gap on teammate Nico Rosberg behind, and Rosberg appeared to have no interest in going hard after Hamilton. Safety Cars and red flags kept resetting the gap to zero, though. After the Mercedes-AMG GT S led the first seven laps, it emerged again on Lap 13 for another six laps when Marcus Ericsson crashed his Sauber. Seconds after racing resumed, Kimi Raikkonen aquaplaned his Ferrari into the wall on the front straight. That caused the first red flag, leading to another eight-lap Safety Car interval, then a second red flag stoppage due to conditions on Lap 28, then three more Safety Car laps, and then, finally, racing again. Hamilton never surrendered his lead. The Briton changed tires once during a stoppage, and drove fast enough to cover the full race distance despite the intermissions. Afterward, he said "it was a very easy race." Rosberg had it harder, defending against the preternatural Max Verstappen in third. Barring misfortune it's already clear the Red Bull pilot has at least one Driver's Championship in his career future. In Brazil the young Dutchman drove like he's worthy of the hardware right now. After Verstappen passed Rosberg for second on Lap 34, the Red Bull driver pitted for intermediate tires on Lap 44 – a huge gamble in the conditions – coming back out in fifth. That tire wager failed, giving Rosberg a safe position in second when Verstappen had to pit for extreme wets on Lap 54 of 71. The teenager re-emerged in 16th. Over the race's final 17 laps Verstappen passed 13 drivers at six different places on track. He ran it close-but-clean a couple of times, especially when getting around Sebastian Vettel and Sergio Perez, but he was simply untouchable. Not only did the Dutchman score an amazing third place, he put in what could be the drive of the season.
