Mint like new 2002 CLK 430 AMG Convertible Only 64k miles car was super well maintained car is impeccable. Must see this car in person triple black. Interior and exterior are perfect. Car has never been hit. Title says salvage but this was a clerical error can provide DMV abstract showing in was placed in error. I have been fighting with NY DMV to get corrected but I no longer can waste the time with them carfax also shows salvage that was issued in error by Florida DMV but they removed it. NYS DMV records keep posting salvage even though its an error and no seems to be able to fix it. Feel free to have inspected by your mechanic or body shop to verify. I had car inspected by Mercedes to verify and the have also said this was an error also, if it was a salvage new car warranty would have been voided at the time. Last picture shows the error from carfax and the date of this error. I have spent to 2 years with DMV and only get the round around. Car is all original perfect car for the summer weather. Maybach officially discontinues all models for 2013
Tue, 14 Aug 2012The word "Maybach" has joined the long list of synonyms for the word "kaput." Mercedes-Benz released the price list for the 2013 models of its super-luxury sedans, with the price column simply stating "Discontinued" for each one of them.
The 2012 models, should there be any left for 11th-hour buyers, maintain the increased MSRPs that Daimler slapped on them late last year after it was known the brand would be terminated next year. But you might still be able to wrangle that $100,000 rebate if you ask nicely, or in Russian, or have Rick Ross ask for you.
It shouldn't be too long before we see the ultimate version of the next generation S-Class, the S600 Pullman, that will replace Maybach. Intriguingly, it's said the Pullman will be offered with every S-Class engine, even the four-cylinder diesel.

Piloting an 8,500-pound motorized house down the highway is far from my idea of fun, yet inexplicably, I'm enjoying myself. My grin has nothing to do with my camper's handling, as this heavily accoutered Mercedes-Benz Sprinter drives like a 25-foot long breadbox. My smile has nothing to do with on-road stability, as the ten-foot-tall, slab-sided vehicle reacts to wind gusts like the vertical stabilizer on a Boeing jet. My delight has nothing to do with its throttle or braking response, either, as both are as numb as your forehead after the eighth beer.
This monstrosity makes me happy for one reason - my passengers are undeniably having a good time.
