We have driven this car several hundred miles and we experienced 23-27 mpg. All the windows, sun roof, side mirrors, electric antenna, fog lights, are in great working conditions. The tires are about 40-50% and it has tinted windows. Since this is a Florida car it will help to keep the car cool and of course the air conditioning blows ice cold.

Please be advised that you are buying this car from a Dealer, which means we are insured and bonded. Over 50% of the vehicles we sell, are shipped to other states or sometimes other countries. Also be advised that we have done our best to check the vehicle including driving it, so that we may share with you any positive and negative feedback about the vehicle. Since the car is made out of a thousand plus parts it is physically impossible for us to cover everything that can go wrong with the vehicle (including but not limited to fuses, lights, etc)things that can be good today and bad tomorrow. As I stated earlier we have driven every car we offer on Ebay before we offer it, and our primary concerns, are usually including making sure the car drives good, the transmission shifts OK, the front/rear lights, windows and other electronics are in working condition meaning we have done our due diligence. Upon winning the car, you can fly down and drive the vehicle to your destination or we will help you with shipping arrangements, and the following are examples for the last 30 days as far as some shipping prices (this was before gas was $4 a gallon)
- Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio and Illinois- around $325-500
- New York, New Jersey, Northeastern states- around $325-550
- Georgia, the Carolina- around $225-350
- Southern California, Texas- about $600-950
- North Dakota- around $900

The above will give you an idea of the approximate shipping costs. We do not have our own shipping company, but rather use a dispatch who will list the shipping destination and what the seller is willing to pay on the multi-shipping company list. Unlike other companies, we do not make any money by referring you to any certain shipping company, and instead we find you the most discounted rate.

We have tried to take as many pictures as possible from all angles, however if you need additional pictures, simply email or call BJ our sales manager at (727)-992-3000. We are proud of our reputation and we will do our best to deliver a great quality car to you. Please understand that you are buying a USED CAR meaning, per Florida law, this is an AS-IS sale. We urge you, if you have time after winning the auction, please fly down, drive the car and enjoy the Florida weather.

Mercedes CLA a sub-$30k car no more

Fri, Dec 12 2014

To be honest, the sub-$30,000 Mercedes-Benz CLA was more a theoretical than a real thing. Squeaking in at $100 below that magical threshold, not counting a $925 destination charge, snagging a CLA anywhere near $30k meant exercising extreme self-control with the options catalog. Perhaps with that thinking in mind, Mercedes is set to effectively scrap the entire idea, with Cars Direct claiming the price on a new CLA is set to increase by about five percent, to $31,500. Adding 4Matic all-wheel drive brings the starting price to $33,500. Even the hot CLA45 AMG is getting a price bump, from $47,450 to $48,500. Frankly, it's impossible to miss where Mercedes is coming from with this move, if it actually happens. The CLA has been one of 2014's unmitigated success stories, selling so well that Mercedes has struggled to keep up with demand. Considering that, a modest price hike is to be expected.

BMW expects China to pass US as its top market in 2013

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

When you combine two billion citizens, 100 cities with more than a million inhabitants and an economy that's as unrestrained as Jim Cramer on an Adderall binge, China's explosive auto industry growth shouldn't be a huge surprise. Audi already lists the communist country as its largest market, while Mercedes-Benz is expecting it to be there in the next few years. Now, according to a report from Automotive News, BMW is expecting the People's Republic to overtake the United States in sales by the end of 2013.
We already discovered the extent that BMW is going to in establishing a dedicated Chinese stronghold, when we explored BMW's Shanghai-based DesignWorks studio ahead of April's Shanghai Motor Show. And while we argued that DesignWorks Shanghai hasn't really borne fruit, it isn't due to a lack of sales.
BMW China has seen a 16-percent jump in year-over-year sales, lead by a 28-percent gain in 5 Series sales. Part of BMW's growth strategy comes from an ever-expanding dealership network. Remember those 100 cities we mentioned with over one million people? According to Karsten Engel, CEO of BMW's Chinese operations, those 100-million-plus city dwellers don't have access to a premium dealership.

Time to catch up with Jay Leno's Garage, including his Lamborghini Espada restoration

Tue, Dec 23 2014

If you're already jealous of the time, effort and money that Jay Leno can devote to his massive car collection, prepare to get a little greener with envy with this latest video from Jay Leno's Garage. Instead of the usual format of discussing a model for about ten minutes and then taking it out for a test drive, this week Leno gives viewers on a tour of over a dozen projects concurrently happening in his stable. The breadth of the vehicles shown and the things being done to them run the entire span of the automotive hobby. At the same time, Jay's shop is working on just a simple restoration of his 1969 Lamborghini Espada (pictured), and at the other side of the building, the team is rebuilding a wood-bodied 1914 Detroit Electric from scratch. He eventually plans to slot a more modern electric drivetrain into it. If bikes are more your interest, there's a freshly completed Brough Superior just waiting for a ride, and if American models are your thing, a Ford Bronco is getting a Coyote V8 installed into it. You have some very specific tastes if you can't watch this clip and start wishing at least one of these vehicles could be in your own garage. Other than the personal projects his mechanics are working on in the shop, Jay gets to have them all, plus plenty more.
