Up for sale is my 1994 MAZDA RX-7. It has 42,000 original miles. Has a five speed manual gear shift. Its in very good shape.The interior is very clean. Engine runs and sounds good. Has an HKS HIPOWER exhaust system and apex-i intake system. I purchased this vehicle in january 2013 from its original owner but now im gonna sell it now cause i recently purchased another car and have no need for this one. It does have an aftermarket front bumper and right front fender due to cosmetic damage but vehicle was inpsected from underneath before i purchased it and it was all cleanand had no further damage. Rear wing has been installed. Trunk of vehicle is clean. A/C blows ice cold. Everything electrical works perfectly. Front tire were replaced about a 100 miles ago.Rear tires will need to be replaced soon. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping and full payment is required within SEVEN DAYS. I hate the Toyota Corolla. I'm not talking about the new 2014 model; I can't yet judge a car I haven't driven. I'm referring to the current, old-as-dirt sedan. As an appliance, I get why people buy it, but it represents everything that I, as a car enthusiast, dislike. I don't like looking at it, I don't like sitting in it, and I really don't like driving it. There is absolutely no amount of emotion dialed into any part of the Corolla experience and every other vehicle in the segment is a far better choice. But still, somehow, Toyota sells 'em like hotcakes.
Thankfully, there are a lot of people who agree with me. And for folks like us, companies like Mazda exist. This small Japanese automaker places emotion and driver involvement as its top priorities when creating new products, and mostly - especially in recent years - the end results have been great. The new CX-5 crossover is a doll, to say nothing of the rakish and lovely new Mazda6 that launched earlier this year. And let's not forget the Miata...
Mazda CX-3 to be diesel-only in Japanese home market

In fact, when Mazda introduces its new CX-3 compact crossover to its home market of Japan, the model will be exclusively diesel-powered, Reuters says, citing remarks made by Mazda CEO Masamichi Kogai. Consistent with its recent push for better fuel economy, Mazda is embracing diesel power as a way to boost fuel-economy for cars that may be larger than the compact variety. Mazda, which plans to make about 150,000 gas- and diesel-powered CX-3s for global consumption per year, is pricing the diesel CX-3 at about $20,000 in Japan. Diesel sales accounted for less than three percent of new-vehicle sales in Japan last year, so there's a risk to Mazda's strategy. But the automaker, which is the fifth-largest in Japan, says performance and noise (and smoke) issues largely associated with diesel powertrains in the past have largely been eliminated. In all, Mazda expects worldwide sales for the year ending March 31 to rise almost five percent from a year earlier to about 1.4 million units. Mazda showed off an early version of the CX-3 at the Los Angeles Auto Show last November, though North American versions of the model will indeed be gas-powered.
