WELL... HERE I GO AGAIN... ANOTHER LOW FEEDABACK BIDDER DIDN'T PAY. SO THIS CAR IS AVAILABLE AGAIN. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES... THIS IS A REALLY COOL AND HARD TO FIND CAR! IT IS A ONE OWNER FROM IDAHO AND THE CONDITION IS REALLY AWESOME FOR A 24 YEAR OLD CAR. THE ACCESSORIES, LIKE THE TOP BOOT AND TARGA GLOVE APPEAR TO BE NEW. IT ALSO COMES WITH A NICE CLOTH CAR COVER. MY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON THE ROTARY TYPE ENGINE IS THE MAIN REASON THIS CAR IS UP FOR AUCTION. I AM A SMALL CAR DEALER HERE IN WASHINGTON STATE AND I REALLY WANTED TO HANG ON TO THIS CAR FOR MYSELF BUT MY LOCAL SUPPORT DOESN'T REALLY KNOW ABOUT THESE CARS SO I GUESS I WILL STICK WITH WHAT I KNOW. THE CAR IS LOADED AND AS A MATTER OF FACT AFTER READING A BIT ABOUT THESE CARS I'M NOT SURE IF THERE IS AN OPTION THAT WAS AVAILABE THAT THIS CAR DOESN'T HAVE. I TRIED TO SHOW THE MAIN FLAWS IN THE PICTURES SUCH AS THE SMALL DENT IN THE DRIVERS DOOR AND THE BODY WORK CRACK BY THE TRUNK BUT THE CAR IS STILL AWESOME AND FUN TO DRIVE! I AM LISTING THIS RX 7 AT "NO RESERVE" SO I DON'T HAVE TO STORE IT ALL WINTER, SO BID TO WIN! NOTICE...IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 FEEDBACK SCORES PLEASE CALL ME BEFORE BIDDING OR I WILL DELETE YOUR BIDS. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL QUESTIONS. 509-948-3912 THANKS FOR LOOKING!

Top Gear recounts the fiery demise of the Mazda Furai
Mon, 02 Dec 2013This past September we reported on Top Gear's destruction of the Mazda Furai, one of the finest concept cars to ever grace an auto show stage. It turns out that the Furai, which was burned nearly beyond recognition at the hands of the British magazine, was actually destroyed back in 2008, and that the entire thing had been covered up for five long years.
Now, a few months after publishing that heart-wrenching composite of a half-baked Furai (shown above), the lads at TG have published their account of just what resulted in a priceless concept car being transformed into a smoking hulk on a Suffolk runway. Click over to read the full story about just what happened, along with pictures of the Furai before, during and after the inferno.
Mazda prices 2016 CX-3 from $20,840
Thu, Jul 16 2015Been eager to put your cash down on the hood of a new 2016 Mazda CX-3, but haven't known just how much to take out from the bank? You can call your branch manager now, because Mazda has released pricing details for its new subcompact crossover. The MSRP for the new CX-3 will start out at $20,840, including an $880 destination charge. (Alaskan buyers can expect to pay an extra $45 on top.) That's for the base-level Sport model with front-wheel drive. Tack on another $1,250 for all-wheel drive if you think you'll need the extra traction, but either way it'll be channeling 146 horsepower and just as much torque from a 2.0-liter inline-four through a six-speed automatic transmission. Step up to the Touring model and the retail price jumps up to $22,840 (with delivery), plus the same $1,250 for the AWD option. There's a Touring Technology package available for another $1,410 that includes moonroof, satellite radio, and cargo cover. Finally at the top of the line is the CX-3 Grand Touring for $25,870 (delivered), available with that same i-Activ all-wheel drive system, and an i-Activsense package that throws in an array of electronic conveniences and safety systems for another $1,920. So while you can get away with paying as little as $20,840 for the base model, a fully loaded CX-3 can run you as much as $29,040. So when Mazda had the opportunity to create its very own subcompact crossover to tackle the urban sprawl, as well as the road less-traveled, it did so the only way it would – with the fun-to-drive, stylish and upscale 2016 Mazda CX-3. 2016 Mazda CX-3 Subcompact Crossover Priced From $19,960 Nearing its mid-August expected on-sale date, Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) has released full pricing for its entry-level CUV offering, starting at an MSRP2 of $19,960 for the entry-level CX-3 Sport with front-wheel drive. As a $1,250 upgrade, buyers can select CX-3 Sport with Mazda's predictive i-ACTIV all-wheel drive that takes temperature, road conditions, steering-angle and weather into account, among other factors, to help optimize to which wheels engine power is routed for maximum performance and stability.
2017 Mazda CX-9 packs turbo power, fresh style
Wed, Nov 18 2015After nearly a decade of sales, Mazda finally introduces the second-generation CX-9 crossover. It delivers a comprehensive interior and exterior overhaul, blessing the CX-9 with a powerful, efficient Skyactiv powertrain, and instilling even more of the sporting character that makes Mazdas so darn charming. Like every other vehicle in Mazda's catalog, the CX-9 now wears the handsome, suave stylings of the company's Kodo design language. We think it looks great, but feel free to disagree in Comments. The second-generation CX-9 is the perfect example of Mazda's growing interior design prowess. As is so often the case, it's not so much the style but the choice of materials that stands out. Nappa leather can be paired with real Japanese rosewood and aluminum accents to craft a cabin that feels far more expensive than what you might expect from Mazda. The quality is impressive, even on the pre-pre-production prototypes we tested (drive impressions coming soon). The other headline, aside from the gorgeous interior, is the powertrain. The heart and soul of the operation is a new 2.5-liter, turbocharged Skyactiv engine. Although it only produces a modest 250 horsepower, that figure is complemented by a whopping 310 pound-feet of torque. Importantly, torque is easy to access in the lower part of the rev range, with peak twist coming in at just 2,000 rpm. It drops off rather suddenly north of 4,000 rpm, but as Mazda tells it, most consumers rarely venture above that figure. Mazda expects the CX-9's core market to be perfectly happy with the robust low-end output. A six-speed automatic is responsible for doling out that grunt, and is meant to play nicely with the same i-Activ predictive all-wheel-drive system found in the CX-5 (although the two cars don't share any AWD components). Using 22 different sensors, the system measures road conditions 200 times every second and will even send up to half the engine's power to the rear axle. The entire car, meanwhile, rides on the same Skyactiv architecture as the CX-5 and Mazda6, meaning a multi-link rear suspension has been paired with MacPherson struts up front. Eighteen-inch wheels will be standard, although 20s will also be on offer. You can expect to hear much more on just what the new CX-9 is like to drive next week. Until then, enjoy the official images from Mazda, and keep an eye open for live shots from the LA debut, headed your way soon.
