This Lotus will turn heads like no other car for the money. Runs excellent and looks great. All recalls done, freshly serviced and new gauge cluster installed by lotus dealer under warranty. Garage kept and so much fun to drive. Car has Sport and Touring packages. There are a few stone chips here and there, the driver's side front air splitter has some paint cracking and the passenger door has been scratched near the key hole. Also the driver's door sill has a scratch in the plastic and the driver's seat has a few small tears. All wheels are in perfect condition. Please look at all the photos carefully. I purchased this car from a Kia dealership in NJ and got with it an extended warranty. The gauge cluster stopped working this season and was replaced at the extended warranty company's expense by Park Avenue Lotus in Maywood NJ. The True Mileage is 16,025 plus the current reading of 91 miles totaling 16,116. This car has been well cared for, and while I'd love to keep it, employment changes force the sale. There is a lien currently on the car, so there will be a slight delay for the release. I work for a heavy trucking company and could assist with loading the car for your transport company. Please contact me with any questions, as I want the buyer to be pleased with their purchase. I may be able to accept a bank wire through my workplace, so please ask if necessary. This car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction early.

Lotus announces race-ready Exige V6 Cup and Cup R
Fri, 11 Jan 2013Lotus has pulled off the wraps on two new versions of the Exige: the V6 Cup and the V6 Cup R. Based on the Exige S, the V6 Cup is built to be a dual-purpose street and track machine. The 0-60 dash should take just under 3.8 seconds thanks to a full 345 horsepower from a supercharged 3.5-liter V6 engine. Weighing in at 2,380 pounds, the V6 Cup should be an absolute riot to drive, and with a full FIA-approved roll cage, fire extinguisher and six-point race harnesses on board, it's plenty safe, too. Two-way adjustable dampers are standard, as are AP Racing four-piston calipers on all four corners. More importantly, drivers can expect to find the Lotus Dynamic Performance Management system in the cockpit, complete with Touring, Sport and DPM Off modes.
The V6 Cup R, meanwhile, is both lighter and offers more horsepower than the standard V6 Cup. The same blown V6 dishes out 366 horsepower in R trim, and the whole contraption tips the scales at 2,292 pounds. Of course, the same spate of race hardware is stock, minus the DPM system. A lightweight battery, track-spec tow loops and quick-release engine cover help separate the Cup R from its more civil sibling, as do performance brake pads and better oil and water cooling systems.
Check out the brief press release below for more information. Both of the new models are headed for a debut at the 2013 Autosport International Show.
Kimi Raikkonen moving to Ferrari?
Wed, 14 Aug 2013Kimi Raikkonen, easily one of our favorite current drivers in Formula 1, may be making a move from Lotus to Ferrari, according to a Finnish tabloid called Ilta-Sanomat. Raikkonen, who won the driver's championship in 2007 with the Italian brand, is in high demand and is also rumored to have options on the table from Red Bull and his current team.
Of course, a move by Kimi to Ferrari means at least one of the Maranello-based outfit would need to find another ride. Driving ace Fernando Alonso has publicly voiced his displeasure with the Ferrari chassis, and rumors have the Spaniard considering a move to Red Bull to replace Mark Webber. Buckle up, folks, this Silly Season is shaping up to be bumpy...
Lotus Evora comes in for a facelift
Mon, Feb 16 2015Lotus may have scrapped the ambitious product plans of its previous administration, but don't think it's going to try to skate by on an altogether unchanged lineup. It's preparing what promises to be some major updates for the Evora, which is a good thing because that's currently the only model Lotus offers in the States. And here's out first look at what's in store. It's hard to tell much with all the camouflage disguising it from prying eyes like ours, but you can see this Evora prototype is wearing a new front bumper and what appear to be reshaped side sills that could be redesigned to allow easier ingress and egress – not something for which low-slung Lotuses have been particularly well known in the past. A retuned version of the Toyota-sourced V6 engine is also said to be under the hood, and unburdened a bit by a cut in curb weight. The revised Evora is expected to make its debut next month at the Geneva Motor Show, paving the way for a potential convertible and even a crossover version down the road.
