Up for sale is this beautiful limo stretched by Tiffany, one of the finest coachbuilders and one of the few that are QVM. This limo underwent a rigorous inspection by NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission and in excellent driving and cosmetic condition. I'm the second owner and take care this car on the daily basis. I have a in-house mechanic and any issue I had was taken care right away. The car didn't have major accident, it was recently side swiped at the back door by the "gasoline" rushed driver at the Hess waiting line after storm Sandy, the damage was minor and now you can't even see if anything was there because the work was done in the real body shop with the bake oven by experienced body guys. I change the oil every 2.5K and keep a record of it, transmission oil was just changed, brakes, arms, bushings, you name it, is very well maintained and changed as needed. The engine has no problems, transmission is shifting smooth. The limo shines like new, interior is in very good condition and has no rips, the lights and everything works just fine inside and outside. The car has a very strong ice-cold AC, well functioning heat, CD player and TV (with DVD), the bar is in very good condition as it's plastic and there is no scratch, all the cup holders are present and in one piece, ice containers are in a good working order. The carpet is clean and with no foul odor, when I bought the limo from Florida in 2009 I replaced the carpet in from a local coachbuilder, so it's practically new. We have a very spoiled and picky customers here in NYC, and I never heard one single complained about this limo. It's a great car, which I'm sure could serve me well till 250K, but I just bought 2011 and in the process of switching the insurance. I'm not asking for a carzy money, but for a fair price for this beautiful car. I'm selling this limo locally as well, so I reserve the right to stop the action at any time. I could arrange the delivery of this vehicle anywhere in US at a very reasonable price or you could drive it yourseslf. I prefer cash payment or cashier's check. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call David at 1-917-567-3814

Lincoln MKC prototype caught partially covered, reveals some changes
Tue, 14 May 2013When Lincoln pulled the wraps off the MKC Concept at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year, we said that the very attractive concept was going to closely mirror the production vehicle. With few exceptions, a clad prototype recently caught running on public roads seems to substantiate our statement.
From what the pictures reveal, the disguised Lincoln MKC production mule and show concept seem to share the same waistline with identical sculpting over the wheels. The midsection of the two also appear to match with the same flare and styling. The lower rockers have been cleaned up a bit, mainly to be more practical in the real world (the deep chisels on the show car would have collected mud and snow).
Taking a look at the exposed front bumper, we see a very similar lower fascia complete wtih the metal skid plate on the chin. The window profile also seems to match the concept, though we're still unclear exactly how that C- and D-pillar section is going to look. Of course, and it always seems to be the case when concepts evolve into production vehicles, the MKC gains four normal door handles, standard-sized mirrors and a slightly smaller wheel/tire package. We expect the production version of the Lincoln MKC to debut later this year.
Report: Lincoln getting all of Mercury's ad dollars
Mon, 03 Jan 2011Now that the curtain has closed on Mercury, Ford Motor Company will redirect all of its marketing dollars for the oft-overlooked brand to the Blue Oval's luxury outpost, Lincoln. In speaking to Automotive News, the chairman of the Lincoln National Dealer Council, Bob Tasca, Jr., said, "You'll see a lot stronger presence in the advertising of Lincoln in 2011."
Lincoln spokesperson Christian Bokich reminded AN that the automaker is "preparing the way for seven new or significantly refreshed vehicles" that will be launched over the next four years, and the largest ad blitz in 2011 will focus on the refreshed MKX crossover, as well as the MKZ sedan and its hybrid counterpart. Following that, Lincoln has plans to launch a completely overhauled version of its Navigator SUV, an all-new C-segment vehicle and the overhauled 2013 MKZ, which Tasca says will be "strikingly different from its Ford Fusion sibling."

MKC Concept is the real fresh start for Lincoln [w/poll]
Mon, 14 Jan 2013We were admittedly bullish about the Lincoln MKC Concept when we introduced it to you yesterday, as we were taken aback by how cohesive the C-platform crossover is in the metal. As it turns out, so were you, dear reader. With hundreds of comments booked on our original Deep Dive story, the overwhelming temperature of the Autoblog Commenteriat is one of surprise and delight - quite an accomplishment for a marque that many had written off for dead. The reception here under the bright lights of the Detroit Auto Show appears to be no less positive, but we thought you might want a second, closer look afforded by these live photos.
Lincoln remains mum on production MKC drivetrain specifics (we're thinking it will start with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder out of its similarly sized Ford Escape relative, or maybe the midlevel 1.6-liter), but we shouldn't have to wait too long. The showcar is expected to closely mirror the production model (due as early as later this year), so much so that Ford global marketing boss Jim Farley explicitly told the press conference masses, "When you see the MKC, do not think concept." That's good news, as the MKC is pivotal to Lincoln's effort to rebuild awareness and consideration on the back of its MKZ sedan, a model just now going on sale. In fact, with the small crossover segment exploding, the MKC could very well turn out to be more important to the brand than the MKZ.
After seeing these new photos, are you more or less enamored with Lincoln's new concept? Leave a comment after voting in our poll below.
