TIME CAPSULE!  Here is a ONE OWNER, ALL ORIGINAL, LOW MILEAGE 1992 Lincoln Town Car Executive! 

This car belongs to my friend and mechanic of 30 years, Gus.  He bought it new from Tom Curro Lincoln-Mercury in Laurel, Maryland, which is now out of business.  He doesn't remember the exact purchase date, but the car was built in June 1992, so it was produced relatively late in the model year. 

He stores it in his garage, under a car cover, under a tarp, so no light will damage it.  He also has a matching dash cover on it to avoid sun damage to the dash when he drives it.  It has been driven ONLY 57,335 miles and has never been driven in the snow.  He had the car undercoated by Ziebart when he bought it.  After the first 5,000 miles, he changed the oil to synthetic in the engine, transmission and rear and has changed the oil every three months since then.  New Michelin tires were installed 10,000 miles ago.  A new set of extra front and rear floor mats and all manuals he has are included.  He is a mechanic, does all his own work, and has kept notes on all servicing he has done on the car.

LEGAL STUFF:  Obviously, as a 21-year-old used car, it is sold "as is, where is."  This means there is no warranty of any kind either express or implied.  It also means the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with transfer of ownership, including but not limited to taxes, fees, shipping costs, insurance, titling, registration, inspection, or any other action necessary for the buyer to complete the transaction in accordance with all applicable statutes, regulations and procedures in both Maryland and the destination location.  

PAYMENT TERMS:  A deposit of $500 is due by PayPal only within 24 hours of auction end.  The balance is due in full within 7 days of auction end by cash or certified funds.  Under no circumstances will the title or the car be released to anyone until it is paid in full and all funds have cleared the bank.  The car can be stored free of charge for up to 30 days after auction end so you will have adequate time to make your preparations as noted above and take possession of the car.
