This was a Pennsylvania car that has never seen Buffalo rock salt. First two owners were ladies from Pa. I bought the car from a guy who had several LSC's. He said he spent over $3500 in upgrades. Everything that is new has 6000 miles or less and no more winter driving.

5.0 high output, cold air intake, new alternator, upgraded coil spring suspension, Ford racing headers, high flow cam, H pipe, dual flow masters, 3.73 gears, automatic with overdrive transmission, 4 new tires with less than 1000 miles on them.  This fast Lincoln was looked at and inspected at a Ford Dealership. The power windows work I have three little clips from the mechanic that still need to be installed.

Power Everthing!!!!!!!!!!!!Sunroof,Antenna,Trunk,ETC.,ETC.,ETC.

Beautiful blue interior with no rips in the power leather seats.

Its hard to find a good running and driving car in the $3000 range.

I have too many vehicles and this one MUST GO.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO END THE AUCTION AT ANYTIME BECAUSE THE CAR IS FOR SALE LOCALLY.

Lincoln's second, more traditional, Super Bowl commercial

Sat, 02 Feb 2013

For its second Super Bowl commercial, Lincoln Motor Company has stepped away from the Max Ernst-ian surrealism of the "Steer the Script" spot. No Germans, no turtles, no aliens nor alpacas this time, just a 30-second run through the ways in which Lincoln sees the 2013 MKZ as a rebirth of the brand and everything a luxury consumer would want.
The kind of traditional spot that could run any time of year, the only question we had after watching it was: "Wait - was that... Abraham Lincoln?" Along with the press release from Lincoln, you can view the spot below.
If you want a deeper look and criticism into Lincoln's "Steer The Script," ad, have a read of AOL Autos' column: Lincoln's Super Bowl Ad is a Flop, written by Pete Bigelow.

Ellen DeGeneres sends up Matthew McConaughey's Lincoln ad

Mon, 29 Sep 2014

Lincoln had to have known that when it released its new ad campaign for the new MKC with Matthew McConaughey, it would open itself up to a bit of good old fashioned ridicule. The television commercial was, after all, good for a laugh or two. And true to their mission, talk show hosts haven't missed the opportunity to have a little fun at Lincoln's and McConaughey's expense.
Conan O'Brien was first to send up the television spot, but now Ellen DeGeneres has taken a stab at it too, superimposing herself in the back seat of the compact luxury crossover, downing some pot brownies and generally playing Costello to McConaughey's Abbott. It's worth a watch, if only to see Ellen getting down in her usual, offbeat style.
