2004 Lexus Sc430 Base Convertible 2-door 4.3l Only 30,100 Miles Original Clean on 2040-cars
El Paso, Texas, United States
The car you are looking at today is a 2004 Lexus SC 430. It is not any SC 430 though. Like the Mercedes I am selling this was also my mothers car. She is one OCD woman. Don't worry I love her she is just OCD, what can I say? Either way back to the car. This is a 2004 with only 30,100 miles, did you read that 30,100 miles original. When I tell you this car is clean, it really does not do it justice. I am running out of ways to say this car looks next to new. It really does make new cars blush when they see how nice this 10 year old car looks. It has always been garage kept and all the service has been done on time and at a Lexus Dealership. We are a car family. We grew up around cars and cars have helped us make a living so we respect them. As I said before you could not ever eat in any of mom's cars, likewise with this one.
The interior and exterior are free from any damage what so ever. Everything is in good working order. The car also come stock with navigation. |

Will.I.Am stars in new Lexus NX commercial, designs a version for Paris
Wed, 24 Sep 2014Whether you love or hate its chiseled, angular lines and spindle grille, the Lexus NX is a big step for the brand as it jumps into the sea of luxury compact crossovers. We've already checked out the new CUV, and to promote its European launch, along with a different nose, Lexus has teamed up with producer and musician Will.I.Am for a commercial titled Striking Angles.
As the name suggests, the ad imagines a futuristic world where practically everything shares the NX's sharp-angled design aesthetic, including the wildlife. Over a thumping remix of his Dreamin' About the Future, the luxury CUV rolls through the misty city streets for Will.I.Am to check out.
That's not the end of Lexus' promotional efforts for its newest addition, though. The brand is also displaying a one-off NX styled by Will.I.Am during Paris Fashion Week. Read the automaker's entire release about its marketing plan for the CUV, below.
Vice chronicles Okinawa's illegal street racing scene
Mon, 10 Mar 2014We all know that street racing is dangerous, and that motorsports are best left on the track or drag strip. However, that doesn't mean that there still isn't some outlaw allure among enthusiasts of racing on public roads. In this video, Vice Japan profiles Eikichi Nagayoshi of Japan's island of Okinawa. He is a used car dealer by day and an illegal racer by night.
Nagayoshi has a deep love for his highly customized Toyota Aristo (better known to us as a first-generation Lexus GS) that he claims produces over 1,000 horsepower and has hit 205 miles per hour. He races his car both on drag strips and in drifting competitions, but says that he often has to ship the car to mainland Japan to compete. In the absence of those opportunities, he sometimes gathers friends and takes the racing to the public roads. While we're not down with street racing, this Vice video is an intriguing personality piece, as well as a look into Japan's fabled underground racing scene. Scroll down to check out the video, but make sure you have the "CC" button clicked, because several portions are subtitled.
2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD F Sport
Fri, 08 Nov 2013"Ooh, this looks fun!" my otherwise car-ignorant friend said as we walked up to the 2014 Lexus IS 250 F Sport. And yeah, it does look fun. In fact, despite my initial strong negative reaction to the design, I've really warmed up to this new IS, especially with the flashier F Sport package found on this test car (unique front fascia, 18-inch dark alloy wheels and appropriate badging). Even though that rear end still looks a bit Droopy Dog to me (stop frowning, Lexus), the IS is sharp, though I'm not entirely sure that such a bold design will age well.
"Looks can be deceiving," I told my friend, and we hit the road... slowly. You see, despite looking like a fresh, modern sport sedan, the IS 250 still uses what is, quite frankly, a dog of an engine. And that, combined with dynamics that are just so-so at best, makes for a sedan that's all show and no go. Say hello to Jennifer Slowpez.
