This Lexus ISF is a clean, smooth beautiful car in like new condition. I bought it last year from a dentist in AZ who bought it new from the dealership. I am a private seller, I have the title. It has never had any issues, no accidents, nothing. I recently put 4 new tires on it, was just over $1000. (the fronts needed it more but I just did all 4) Recently did new front brakes, they were at 30% but changed them anyway. Just did oil change service. Always premium gas always synthetic oil and always hand washed and detailed. This is the best practical, super car, that is so smooth and comfortable yet fast and fun to drive. I'm selling it because I have a daughter that is starting preschool for the summer and will be getting a larger car to start dropping her at school each day before work. It's under the full factory warranty, 4 year/50,000 miles. Powertrain 6 years/70,000 miles. Roadside assistance service 4 years/unlimited miles. I walked the vehicle closely and found a few tiny rock chips on the hood. A very small ding on back right door, only noticeable if looking, a few very light scuffs. Other than that no surprises. looks like it should for a 2011 car. This car has not been driven hard or ever on a track or anything. Strictly a commuter from the guy I bought it from and myself. This car has the upgraded stereo system, navigation, reverse camera etc. It currently has 28740 miles. I do drive it about 20 miles a day so it won't be too much more than that by end of auction. I'm happy to answer any questions. If you are local you are welcome to come see it. If you are not local, I'm happy to assist with a shipping company that you hire to deliver it to you.

Toyota recalls 370k Sienna minivans, 10.5k Lexus GS models over separate issues
Thu, 22 May 2014The year of the recall continues, but this time it isn't from General Motors. Toyota is announcing two, separate recalls affecting a pair of its models.
First, Toyota is recalling 370,000 Sienna minivans from the 2004 to 2011 model years that are registered or originally sold in cold-weather states. The problem is that the spare tire carrier assembly cable can be splashed by water contaminated with road salt and cause corrosion. There is a splashguard in place to prevent this, but it sometimes gets lost in "normal usage," according to the company. If the cable does break, then "the spare tire may separate from the vehicle."
This is actually the second repair for this problem for some of these vehicles. In 2010, Toyota issued a recall on 600,000 Siennas from the 1998 to 2010 model years. At the time, it installed a new splashguard and sprayed the area with an anti-rust chemical. However, according to Toyota spokesperson John Hanson speaking to Autoblog, the campaign worked for the 1998 to 2003 models but wasn't sufficient for the newer ones. For the latest recall, the vehicles are getting the entire cable replaced with a stainless steel unit and a new splashguard.
Updated Lexus CT200h coming next year, new variants reported
Thu, 10 Oct 2013Lexus has had a minor success on its hands with the CT200h, a funky, five-door, sport-luxury hybrid that burst onto the scene in 2011, and managed just over 17,000 US sales in 2012. Worked out to a monthly average, that's nearly 50 percent more units per month than Lexus initially targeted when the car went on sale.
Though it's done well, the CT has been left behind while designers and engineers have reworked the rest of the Lexus lineup, bringing out fully revamped versions of the GS, IS and LS over the past few years. According to a report from Down Under, though, the little CT will get some attention soon.
Speaking to Sean Hanley, boss of Lexus Australia, Aussie site The Motor Report picked up a telling quote about the execs affections for the CT, when he said, "We see the CT200h as our greatest opportunity." Hanley added that a refresh of the CT could happen early in 2014, while a clean-sheet reworking would happen around 2016.
2014 Lexus CT 200h F Sport
Fri, 25 Apr 2014The idea of the Lexus CT 200h F Sport intrigues me. A compact, premium, efficient hatchback with an added dose of sportiness? Sign me up. It's why I'm still crossing my fingers for Volkswagen to sell the Golf GTD on our shores (though recent reports on that front are bumming me out). And judging a book by its cover, this Lexus certainly looks like it could be an interesting proposition.
Lexus first launched the CT for the 2011 model year, and for 2014, the little hatch has been given a makeover, now proudly wearing the company's new spindle grille, for better or worse. When we reviewed the CT after its launch, executive editor Chris Paukert called it "handsome, well screwed together," and "one of Toyota's boldest offerings in years." That may have been true, but after a slight makeover and some fresh new F Sport duds, I'm wondering if the CT proposition isn't looking a little more unfortunate than before.
