This Classic is all there. The original owner had it garaged and dealer maintained until about  2007.  The Second owner only drove the vehicle about 20k in four years then only around the block for a few more he had three other vehicles and sold it because he said for the past three or so years it "Just sat, except for the weekly run around the block to keep it fresh". The engine runs very smooth and quiet no tapping, clicking or missing at ALL. The transmission shifts through all the gears smoothly and goes into reverse as it should, Transfer box is fully functional with no humming or whining Yes it has the LT230 CDL Transfer case .  Tires are fairly new with only about 10 k miles on them they are Hankook Dyna Pros fitted by Les Shwab. All lights are in working order. THE CRUISE CONTROL WORKS!!! I drove it about 50 miles with it on,  without a hiccup! It comes with clean CA title and Current CA smog certificate as of 3.4.14 and all the original owner handbooks and literature from the Original Sale It Even still has the Original Range Rover Pen Included!!!  Very cool and nostalgic. If the reserve is met and  upon final Payment for the vehicle I will have it Professionally Detailed Inside and Out including, wash and three stage wax, all plastics treated, carpet shampoo, leather treatment, and cleaning of the Factory Sheepskin covers that have a range rover insignia on the side.
SORRY ABOUT THE BLUR ON THE LEFT SIDE OF PICS SOMETHING SMUDGED MY LENS....

Second 'No Time To Die' trailer drops with lots of crunching metal

Thu, Sep 3 2020

The second trailer for the new James Bond film, "No Time To Die," was posted to social media Thursday morning, getting us thoroughly hyped for the forthcoming installment thanks to some spicy car content and lots of other ridiculous, big-budget action sequences.  Fair warning for the purists: This might contain plot- and character-related information from the trailer itself. Also, it appears that many Land Rover Defenders died in the making of this film, so the footage may not be for the faint of heart; don't say we didn't give you advance notice.  As is typical of Bond films, most of the automotive eye candy is of the European variety. The classic Aston Martin DB5 gadget car (which we saw doing some crazy machine-gun donuts in the first trailer) makes yet another appearance, as does what appears to be fourth-generation Maserati Quattroporte. There's even something which might be a car, but also appears to be both some sort of airplane and submersible. Never change, Bond. We love it.  And then there are the Defenders. We've got Defenders speeding down hillsides, Defenders crashing through forests, Defenders flying over Land Cruisers. Yeah, do you like Land Cruisers? There's a Land Cruiser. It even (spoiler alert!) survives relatively unscathed; the same cannot be said for most of the automotive shenanigans we get to see here.  "No Time To Die" was originally slated to debut back in April, but its original release date roughly coincided with the projected peak of early coronavirus infections. Given how important the Bond film franchise's continued success is to MGM (it's virtually the only thing the studio has had going for it for 30 years) and the producers (who only make Bond films), meager box office returns were not an option. The last film, Spectre, pulled in the worldwide gross of $880 million, including $200 million in the United States and $83.5 million in China. The wait is almost over. "No Time to Die" will hit theaters Nov. 25 in the United States.  Related Video:

Jaguar and Land Rover to consolidate dealerships

Thu, 29 Nov 2012

Jaguar and Land Rover are set to merge their sales facilities, according to Inside Line. Jaguar Land Rover North America President Andy Gross says 45 percent of Jaguar owners also have an SUV in their stable, so it makes sense to give customers as much exposure to the cat's high-riding cousins and possible. The number of overall outlets will remain the same, and the brands will reportedly remain separate on the showroom floor, however.
So far, just one dealer has made the move to combine under the roof of one 68,000 square-foot facility in Paramus, New Jersey (above), though a further 20 are ready to make the shift and become Jaguar Land Rover outlets. Gross believes the shift is necessary so that his company's dealer network will accurately reflect the company's products. We'll see how cozy the brands are when Jaguar starts rolling out its own SUVs in a few years.
