Authentic 1995 Range Rover Classic LWB 25th
Anniversary. This is one of only 250 made!! Finished in Aspen Silver over Charcoal leather. It has been
spoiled throughout it's life. This car was in California for most of it’s life
until the last year and a half, for this reason the car has not been troubled
with corrosion. Over the last year or so the car has been in Montana. We all
know sooner or later that the air suspension is going to break down, so it has
been replaced with new coil springs and bilstein shocks with a 2” lift. The Tires
are in good shape. I just had the vehicle serviced and had all major fluids
changed. The battery is one year old. The
original factory radio works perfectly, and the sound it is awesome. You can
also connect your new devices (Ipod, smart phone) to the original radio. New
steering gear, rear tie rod assembly, all new brakes. The paint is in great shape. This is a 4.2 L. EFI V8 gasoline. Loaded with all the options. 151k miles from new on this
one! I doubt there are many left in this condition. The following is a list of amenities that are fully
functional: Remote keyless door entry, tilt up and slide sunroof, cold AC,
power windows, power seats with drivers side memory, power adjustable side view
mirrors, tilt steering wheel, power steering. The heating seats and the cruise control do not work. This car is almost perfect. Please take a look of the
pictures, they speak for themselves. Clean tittle. This is only a car for someone who desires an original clean
Range Rover Classic. This is a car for those who recognizes and appreciate the
shape of this car. It really drives as it did back in 1995. |

Top Gear pits Hennessey VelociRaptor vs. Range Rover Sport SVR
Fri, Jun 5 2015As a television series, Top Gear is in limbo with an intent to return, but no hosts yet. However, it's magazine and website continue to bring us clips like this one. While the video might lack the show's charismatic hosts, this is an opportunity to see a drag race between a Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR with 550 horsepower and a Hennessey VelociRaptor with 623 hp. The duel between these two supercharged V8s definitely sounds great. Both rugged models start at the line growling angrily at each other like dogs ready for a fight. You have to watch the clip to see whether the more powerful VelociRaptor feeds on the SVR, though. Jaguars and Land Rovers to feature in 007's Spectre
Mon, Feb 9 2015James Bond may be more closely associated with Aston Martin, but Jaguars and Land Rovers have featured in 007 movies new and old. Skyfall, the most recent installment in the series, opened with Bond and Moneypenny ripping through the streets of Istanbul in a Defender and saw M being chauffeured around London in an XJ. And the upcoming feature Spectre is set to feature some of JLR's finest as well. While Bond himself will be piloting the new Aston Martin DB10, the movie will also feature a Jag and a couple of Landies. The Jaguar C-X75 concept, as we know, will be part of a chase scene against the DB10, now revealed to be set in Rome. But the movie will also include the new Range Rover Sport SVR (with what looks like some auxiliary lighting) and at least two Defenders modified by JLR Special Operations to "Big Foot" specifications with 37-inch off-road tires, upgraded suspensions and added bodywork protection. As you may recall, a couple of months ago a fleet of nine vehicles used in the film were stolen from a garage in Dusseldorf, including five Range Rover Sports. This is the first confirmation we're seeing of any of them being SVR models, or of the Big Foot Defenders being part of the mix as well. The scenes including the Land Rovers have already been filmed in Austria, and we're looking forward to seeing them all on the silver screen come November. Is Jaguar's 3 Series-fighter the brand's last chance?
Wed, 16 Oct 2013The upcoming line of compact 3 Series-fighters from Jaguar, often referred to as the Jaguar XS, could consist of a sedan, wagon and possibly a coupe and GT model (think BMW 5 Series GT). The car's all-aluminum architecture also will provide the basis for two new sports utility vehicles. Just how important is the much-touted "baby Jag" project to parent company Jaguar Land Rover? A JLR executive reportedly says the brand's survival is directly linked to the success of the XS, codenamed X760, Autocar reports.

"If the X760 fails, it will probably be the end for the [Jaguar] brand," the executive says. But Adrian Hallmark, Jaguar's global brand director, claims Jaguar will "build the most advanced, most efficient, most refined car in that [compact luxury sedan] segment. Not almost as good as, but better than the best in the world."
