of this Land Rover Discovery SE7 is better than average. There is some minor wear on the driver seat but nothing to keep from owning this LR3. We are hopeful the pictures do it
justice, but you will NOT be disappointed when you get this vehicle. The SE7 edition came with 3rd Row Seats standard and has a few upgrades like backup sensors and of course, much
more! As far as the A/C and Heat, everything seems to work properly and
their is no abnormal noises from the compressor and/or blower motor.
The leather
is very soft due to the window tinting protecting the sun and cold
weather factors that usually wear the leather in a not-so-great way! The
upgraded leather seating is comfortable and the 8-way power seats make
fitting into the LR3 easy for any type of person. Our "OPINION OF THE MECHANICS"
start with the motor. Like every Land Rover, these motors are built
rugged and tough. We proudly sell Land
Rovers, and with that comes responsibility of representing them to the
highest degree. We have each of our Land Rover's mechanically verified
by Land Rover Certified Technicians only. This specific LR3, did show some more-than-normal signs of wear on the U-Joints in the front, so we replaced them with a Land Rover Dealership part and is running great. Over time, the shifting between reverse and park and then back to drive can often wear out the U-Joint if you aren't carefully driving the 4k+ lb beast! After the repair was made, this one came back with a
"Clean Bill-Of-Health". The mechanics were very impressed with the
condition of the fluids and the overall motor cleanliness. All features
were checked for any faults - including the suspension system, radio

Mazda CX-5 named Japan's Car of The Year, Subaru BR-Z wins "Special Award"
Mon, 03 Dec 2012The Mazda CX-5 stamped its Kodo design and SkyActiv technology authority all over the Japan Car of the Year awards, taking the top prize ahead of the Subaru BRZ/Toyota GT 86. It is Mazda's second victory in the last ten years, the 2005 MX-5 claiming the same trophy, and the fourth time the Hiroshima company has won.
The award is decided by 60 local "automotive experts and journalists," and open to any passenger car released in Japan from November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012 that has sold more than 500 units. Each judge gets 25 votes, his or her top vote getting 10 points, the rest of the points being spread among the judge's choice for the next best four cars.
The second-place getters were the Toyobaru twins with 318 votes, the surprise being they didn't beat or get any closer to the crossover. The Subaru BRZ did claw some mojo back, earning the Special Award given to cars that have made "an exceptional impact." The BMW 3 Series was third overall and won the Import Car of the Year award with plenty of room between it and the second place Range Rover Evoque.
Jaguar Land Rover output at two UK plants hit by chip shortage
Thu, Apr 22 2021LONDON — Output at two of Jaguar Land Rover's (JLR) British car factories will be temporarily halted from Monday, due to COVID-19 supply chain disruption, including a lack of semi-conductors, the firm said on Thursday. "We have adjusted production schedules for certain vehicles which means that our Castle Bromwich and Halewood manufacturing plants will be operating a limited period of non-production from Monday 26th April," the Tata Motors-owned company said. The COVID-19 pandemic has driven up demand for semiconductor chips for use in electronics like computers, as people worked from home, and suppliers are struggling to adjust, hitting output at many automakers. Trade flows have also been affected. On Wednesday, carmaker Stellantis said it would replace digital speedometers with more old-fashioned analogue ones in one of its Peugeot models, as the fallout continues. Renault's finance chief said on Thursday that car production fell by tens of thousands of vehicles in the first quarter as a result of the shortage. Output at JLR's third British car factory in Solihull, central England, will continue, the company said. "We are working closely with affected suppliers to resolve the issues and minimize the impact on customer orders wherever possible." Â
