I am selling a 2012 RR Evoque Dynamic that is brand new in everyway except for it being titled.I special ordered this Evoque in Orkney Grey with two tone Lunar&Ivory interior.Absolutley Stunning,it is Hard Loaded,see orginal sticker in photos.This was delivered to my door via white glove service in an enclosed car carrier.I bought this for my father who took ill one week after delivery and can no longer drive,that is the only reason it is for sale.It was ordered through Land Rover of Winnetka in Illinois.I am the only adult that has driven this vechicle,there has never been anyone in the back seats and nothing ever in the cargo area,the invoice from the factory is still on the front windshield,see pictures.Every available option ordered,plus contrasting roof trim and black interior headliner.The original MSRP was $58,270 and any dealer would sell this as a demo that has been beat up by multiple drivers and passengers in and out everyday for months.They would sell for $58,270 with more miles.This is kept in my carpeted, temperature controlled garage and is MINT.Absolutley NO Disappointments.All transactions to be done at my local Wells Fargo Bank,via certified bank check only,no exceptions,and please no low ballers,I will not respond,serious buyers please.Thankyou for your time and consideration..

Jaguar Land Rover looks to hire hundreds of laid-off tech workers

LONDON — Laid off tech industry workers in Britain could find a new home at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), as the 100-year-old luxury carmaker looks to hire hundreds of engineers to help develop electric car technology. The carmaker, which wants to become an "electric-first" business from 2025, on Friday announced a jobs portal for displaced tech workers to fill 800 roles spanning self-driving, electrification, machine learning and data science. The company said it believed workers leaving big tech groups like Amazon were most likely to have the required skills to fill new roles in Britain, Ireland, the United States, India, China and Hungary. The majority of the jobs will be in Britain. The hiring drive comes after thousands of layoffs in recent weeks at U.S. tech firms including Twitter, Meta and Amazon, some of which have offices in London and Dublin, Ireland. "Our digital transformation journey is well underway but being able to recruit highly skilled digital workers is an important next step," Chief Information Officer Anthony Battle said in a statement. JLR last year announced an electrification strategy under which all Jaguar cars would be fully electric by 2024 and an electric option would be offered across its entire portfolio including Land Rover. Jaguar CEO says people just don't want EVs right now

"Customers are not impressed with it currently." These are the words of one Ralf Speth, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover, spoke at the Automotive News Europe Congress in Birmingham, England. The "it" Speth is referring to is battery technology, which he characterized as "too heavy, too expensive," and with power density that's "too low." That all could go some way towards explaining why the British automaker has yet to bring an electric vehicle to market, why it killed the C-X75 hybrid-turbine supercar project, and why it only recently started offering hybrid versions of its Range Rover models (and has yet to offer them in the United States). That doesn't mean the company won't pursue electric propulsion in the future, though. According to Automotive News Europe, Speth forecasts that "the next generation of batteries will be higher density, lower weight and the cost will come down." What he didn't say, exactly, is when he expects that next generation of battery tech to come around – or when JLR will start to more closely embrace electric propulsion. In the meantime, Jaguar Land Rover will continue investing in research and development. Since Tata acquired the brands from Ford seven years ago, JLR has quadrupled its R&D budget and doubled the number of engineers on staff. Related Video:
