2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera
**** Dallas Performance RS2 Twin Turbo 1800+HP ****
We are proud to present this incredible 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera 6 Speed Manual Twin Turbo. This
Superleggera is factory finished in Arancio Borealis over Nero Alcantara, but was recently wrapped in a custom one
off Elite Camo printed over Avery Conform Chrome vinyl with carbon fiber accents. This is the first and currently
only vehicle in the world with custom printed camo over chrome vinyl! The wrap has zero miles on it and is
obviously in impeccable condition. This Superleggera is in fantastic condition from top to bottom and has been
meticulously maintained by Dallas Performance. Do not miss the rare opportunity to own a part of Lamborghini
history as only 172 of these legendary Gallardos were ever produced, and this is the KING of them all!
This build was created by Dallas Performance to be the very fastest Twin Turbo Gallardo in existence. A brand new
factory 5.0L V10 Motor was purchased as a base, and has been driven only 5000 miles since the build. The factory
E-gear was swapped out in favor of a gated 6 speed manual transmission. This car is an absolute thrill to drive.
Dallas Performance did a wonderful job on the build, and provided the best support at races and during the build.
They will support any future owner’s needs moving forward if one chooses to race the car at events. This car was
built for roll racing and traps 200+MPH in the roll race! If you have any detailed questions, feel free to contact
Dallas Performance in regard to this very special car. The vehicle is freshly serviced at Dallas Performance and
received a brand new custom rollbar and harness setup in addition to a brand new custom billet 1-6 gear set. This
car is good to go and needs absolutely nothing!
Over $375,000 invested! Vehicle has also been appraised by a reknown collector car appraiser, valued at $300,000.
We will include the full appraisal report with the vehicle.
We would consider trades + cash for the right vehicle. (ie. Huracan, Ford GT, etc)

Rare early Lamborghini Countach sells for record $1.2 million

Mon, 09 Jun 2014

Lamborghini may have made headlines with the highly exclusive, $4.5-million Veneno and the even more expensive Veneno Roadster that followed, but when it comes to classics sold at auction, their prices seldom approach the kind of figures attained by rare classics made by arch-rival Ferrari. Early 350 GTs and rare Miuras (like the SV prototype Gooding sold a few years ago for a record $1.7 million) have been known to breach the seven-figure mark, but now the Countach is making its way into the big leagues as well.
Pictured here is a rather exceptional early example sold by Bonhams in Connecticut last week. This 1975 Lamborghini Countach LP400 "Periscopica" - so dubbed for the unique rearview mirror fitted to the first 150 examples made - has just over 10,000 miles on the odometer. With flawlessly retouched Blu Tahiti (read: French racing blue) paint and an immaculate deep tan leather interior, the Periscopica was the subject of feverish bidding before selling for $1.2 million to a buyer present at the auction, beating out a dozen or so telephone bidders.
The record price for a Countach trumps the previous record, also set by Bonhams at the Quail Lodge last August, where another '75 Periscopica sold for $836,000. The rising prices surely reflect the coming of age for the Countach, now nearly 40 years since its introduction - particularly for the generation that grew up idolizing it as the prototypical supercar. Scope it out in the artful gallery of 76 high-resolution images above and the details of the auction below.

Harry Metcalfe shows off his Lamborghini Countach

Sat, Jan 17 2015

Harry Metcalfe may no longer be editing the Evo magazine he founded, but that doesn't mean he doesn't still have octane pumping through his veins – or that he isn't still producing world-class automotive content. In this latest video released on his YouTube channel Harry's Garage, Metcalfe shows off is 1987 Lamborghini Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole. The precursor of today's Aventador, the Countach was Sant'Agata's longest-serving mid-engined twelve-cylinder supercar, remaining in production from 1974 (after the Miura was discontinued) until 1990 (when the Diablo replaced it), and earned its place of prominence on the walls of so many childhood bedrooms. Metcalfe's was a later model from 1987 – the London Motor Show car from that year, in fact – packing the enlarged 5.2-liter V12 with the four-valve heads, those fantastical air vents and that giant rear wing. Harry even had the legendary Valentino Balboni to sign the interior. The video is a full half-hour long, but even if you've only got a few minutes, it's worth watching just the beginning to hear it starting up.

Lamborghini teases something 'Reactive' for Geneva

Wed, Feb 25 2015

Lamborghini is teasing a big reveal at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show on March 3, but the exact identity of the vehicle remains a mystery. However, Lambo is including a fairly obvious clue in its video that suggests one likely candidate. The Italian brand's clip shows off some rocky roadsides, a glimpse at the interior and a brake rotor. It also claims this is, "the most reactive car ever." The hint is hiding in plain sight with the slashing S that appears in each line of text. Lamborghini was seen filming the Aventador SV at the end of January along a road not unlike the one on display in this clip. It boasted a new front-end treatment and a massive rear diffuser and rear wing. Also, that S-shaped slash in the video is practically identical to the one the side of the car that was spotted. Power is almost certainly increased as well, but like the model's true identity, the brand isn't giving specifics yet. Of course, it's possible this clue could just be a red herring to throw off fans. Regardless, Lambo definitely has something exciting in store for the Swiss show. Related Video:
