Warranty Information
EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
Seller hereby provides an express limited warranty to Buyer, subject to the limitations and provisions set forth herein. During the first thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles (which ever comes first) after the vehicle is accepted by the Buyer at time of delivery or pickup. Seller hereby warrants that they shall pay 50% of Parts & Labor on all necessary and reasonable repairs to said vehicle that arise as a result of unforeseen and unintended circumstances as limited more specifically below. This limited warranty is only applicable when the vehicle has no remaining factory warranty, and shall not be extended when the repair issue alleged by Buyer results from a condition that arises, or an accident or incident that occurs, after the vehicle has departed from Seller's place of business in Springfield, Missouri in furtherance of the sale contemplated herein. This limited warranty is not effective with regard to damage cased by Buyer's negligence, carelessness, neglect, or intentional act, but is only intended to cover unforeseen, unintended, and unanticipated maintenance issues that arise without the fault of the Buyer or any other person. This limited warranty does not apply to any "wearable" items of the motor vehicle including, but not limited to, brakes, clutch and tires, as any wearable items should be inspected and accepted or rejected at the time of delivery. All claims must be submitted to Seller in writing for approval prior to any work being done. Seller reserves the right to request a second estimate on any claim.

TERMS OF SALE:
Premier Sports Cars Co. reserves the right stop the auction at any point, to sell to the highest bidder. We also have the right to end the auction if the car is sold locally from our showroom. Winning Bidder must contact Premier Sports Cars within twenty four (24) hours of a winning bid or forfeit their right to this item. Winning Bidder must also pay a 10% deposit via bank wire transfer (or other agreed upon payment method) within three (3) business days following auction end. Vehicle must be fully funded with seven (7) days after auction end and prior to vehicle delivery. Buyer must ensure funds are available prior to bidding. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY DOCUMENTAION, DEALER OR JUNK FEES.
This new year is going to mark a lot of anniversaries in the automotive world, including the 60th year of the Chevrolet Corvette and 50 years since the introduction of the Porsche 911 and the Lamborghini brand. We already know Chevy is celebrating with the all-new C7 Corvette, and we've heard rumblings that Lamborghini might be planning a new model of its own. Tucked in at the end of a great video highlighting the first 50 years of Lamborghini, there's a quick glance of a shadowy car with Gallardo-like headlights. There isn't much to go off of in this shot, but we do see that the front fenders are more squared-off than any other current model, meaning that it could very well be the 2014 replacement for the Gallardo. We're saddened to report that a passenger was killed yesterday in a crash at Walt Disney World Speedway in Orlando, FL. The crash reportedly occurred at 3:30 PM on Sunday, when 24-year-old Tavon Watson of Kissimmee, FL, lost control of a Lamborghini he was piloting as part of the Exotic Driving Experience and struck a guardrail. Watson was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, but the instructor riding shotgun – 36-year-old Gary Terry of Davenport, FL – was pronounced dead at the scene. The attraction is operated by Petty Holdings, which released a statement expressing its condolences for the incident: "On behalf of everyone in the organization, it is with a very heavy heart that we extend our deepest sympathies to those involved in today's tragic accident in Orlando." The image above was shot by local news channel WFTV and appears to show a white Lamborghini Gallardo - one of the vehicles offered as part of the program alongside an Audi R8, Nissan GT-R, Porsche 911 and a pair of Ferraris. Though it took place on private property, the incident is reportedly under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol. Just a couple of months ago, we reported that Disney was planning to close the speedway in order to make "transportation improvements" for the adjacent theme park. Though we doubt the facility could be blamed for the crash, we wouldn't be surprised to see Disney accelerate plans for the track's closure in the wake of this most unfortunate incident.
