Up for auction is a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder with 16,200 miles on it. I will represent this vehicle to the best of my ability. I know how hard it is to purchase a vehicle online that is very far away, so I'm honest, check my feedback. The vehicle will be available for inspection to any serious buyer. The vehicle is in very good to excellent condition all the way around. The known items I know of will be listed. The vehicle is a pearl yellow and black interior. The paint is in excellent condition with a few flaws. The front bumper has on very small chip, through the clearbra . The LR bumper has a scuff that is very hard to see unless you look for it. The majority of the vehicle is covered in clearbra and paint is in perfect condition underneath. the drivers rocker has some very light scuffing , not scratches, caused from a shoe or something. Overall the paint is in excellent condition and shows normal wear for a used car. the vehicle has history on carfax of one accident in 2008. The vehicle struck a parking pylon on the rf and damaged the bumper skin. The owners were going to pay out of pocket until they found out the cost. This was the only reason for the claim. The front bumper cover was replaced, looks perfect, can't even tell anything ever happened. The carfax score is still above the highest normal score. The interior is in excellent condition with normal seat wear as shown, no rips tears or fading. the panels and trim all look in great condition. The wheels on the vehicle all have scuffing or light scratches , due to rubbing up against something. I was told 50.00 per wheel for refinish. All 4 tires have about 2-4 32nds of tread remaining, but still in good condition. The only mechanical issue with the car is, the clutch has a slight/intermittent slip or flare up on high rpm shifts or accell. This has not affected the performance at all. this is a very brief split second issue. The vehicle will need a clutch at some point. I would feel safe driving this car across country in its current condition, clutch works fine. the clutch will cost 2,500.00 to 5,000.00 to replace, depending on who does it. THIS IS A TRUE MANUAL 6-SPEED CAR, NOT AND E-GEAR VEHICLE. Everything on the vehicle works fine with no issues unless described. I have a clear title in hand, no leins. This is a beautiful car and turns heads everywhere it goes. This is my first Lambo, I've always had American cars, Vipers, ZR1's and GT40's. The lambo handles and drives beautiful, I just want my RWD high horse power American muscle back. If the car does not sell, I'm installing a twin turbo kit on it. I'm looking for a Hennessey TT Viper, so I'm open to trades. This car isn't being sold because there is a problem, I just want something else. I'm open to reasonable serious offers,I believe this is a great price for this car, no tire kickers please. The vehicle will remain in my garage until paid in full, wire clears, check clears or cash in hand. SERIOUR INQUIRES CAN BE DIRECTED TO ME AT 816-721-9421 , ASK FOR MARK. Vehicle does not have back up camera.

'Drive' the new Lamborghini Hurac?n today
Fri, 21 Mar 2014Unless you're a captain of industry, a professional athlete or some kind of thickly bankrolled celebrity, there's a pretty good chance that you're not going to be amongst the lucky first owners of the upcoming Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 supercar. We can commiserate, as just the though of slipping behind the wheel of the Gallardo-replacing monster, and gunning the 610-horsepower V10 engine is enough to get our hearts racing.
It's a kindly gesture on the part of Lamborghini then, to put together this little Huracán driving simulator for us 99-percenters. Perhaps not the very last word in graphical presentation or life-like physics engines, the sim is nevertheless a cool diversion for a flash-based driving game. If you're like us, you'll need a few laps to get acquainted with the brutish steering controls, but we trust you'll catch on. Last one around the test track buys the first round of grappa at happy hour.
Lamborghini has already pre-sold 700 Huracans
Tue, 18 Feb 2014It's barely been two months since Lamborghini revealed the new Huracan. The latest ten-cylinder Raging Bull hasn't even had its public debut yet, scheduled to take place next month at the Geneva Motor Show (the same show where McLaren will reveal its new 650S and Ferrari the revised California T). But the Bolognese automaker has already managed to take a whopping 700 orders for the new supercar.
Not that the customers are waving their checkbooks sight unseen, mind you. Over the course of the past month, Lamborghini has been carting pre-production Huracans around the world for VIP clients, 700 of whom have put down their deposits.
To put that number into perspective, consider that in 2012 (the last full year of production), the factory in Sant'Agata built just over 1,200 Gallardos. Assuming Huracan production continues at the same pace, that means Lamborghini already has over half a year's worth of production spoken for. So if you want to get yours anytime in the coming year, you'd better get your deposit in lickety-split.
Autoblog's exclusive Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster photo shoot
Fri, Sep 4 2015Sometimes it just takes a few little tweaks to transform something from good to great, and that's definitely what Lamborghini's stylists manage to do with the Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce Roadster. While there's no question that the Aventador SV coupe is an amazing machine, slicking off the roof for the newest version is the perfect bit of tailoring to create something truly bonkers. Why are we talking about it again? Following the roadster's debut in Monterey, we arranged a date with the car and our photographer extraordinaire, Drew Phillips. The result is the absolutely magnificent gallery of photos you see above, that you're definitely going to want to view in high resolution. The engineers at Lamborghini HQ in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, had a pretty easy job when the time came to the Aventador SV droptop because it carries over all the special parts from the coupe. Still, buyers have no reason to be disappointed with the 6.5-liter V12 making 740 horsepower (750 in metric ponies) and offering a screaming, 8,500 rpm redline. The seven-speed gearbox and all-wheel-drive system zaps the convertible to 60 miles per hour in less than three seconds and to a top speed of over 217 mph. Weight also falls by 110 pounds compared to the standard roadster to tip the scales at 3,472 pounds – some 110 pounds more than the SV coupe. It's the razor-sharp styling that really makes the SV Roadster a showstopper, through. The droptop still wears the coupe's carbon-fiber body panels but somehow makes them look even better. The key is removing the two top sections to create a small break in the roofline, and that little change is enough to accentuate the rear's curvy hips. The side-mounted intakes look big enough to carry extra passengers in a pinch. Removing the roof and reshaping the rear emphasizes the nacelles running behind the seats even more. These elements are somewhat visible on the SV coupe, but the engine cover largely hides them. Here, the angular shapes are brashly obvious and look directly inspired by an F-117 stealth jet. To make things even better for the driver, the rear window can be lowered to fully open the cabin to nature. The first deliveries to customers don't start until early next year, and the $530,075 starting price makes it about $37,000 more expensive than the SV coupe. Lamborghini likely doesn't have to worry about finding buyers for this beautiful machine, and production is limited to 500 units, 100 fewer than the hardtop.
