The Diablo VT Roadster was introduced in December 1995 and featured an electrically operated carbon fiber. Besides the roof,
the roadster's body was altered from the fixed-top VT model in a number of ways. The front bumper was revised,
replacing the quad rectangular driving lamps with two rectangular and two round units. The brake cooling ducts were
moved inboard of the driving lamps and changed to a straked design, while the rear ducts featured the vertical
painted design seen on the SE30.
The engine lid was changed substantially in order to vent properly when the roof panel was covering it. The
roadster also featured revised 17 inch wheels. The air intakes on top/sides were made larger than the coupe
Diablos. In 1998 the wheels have been updated to 18 inches, and the engine power raised to 530 HP by adding the
variable valve timing system. Top speed specification was raised to 335 km/h (208 mph).
This particular Diablo is in showroom condition having recently been completely detailed including over $50,000 in
new paint, new interior, new tires, full service, new sound system, front and rear cameras and interior carbon
fiber detailing. You will NOT find a cleaner Diablo Roadster VT any where in the country at this price. This
extremely rare and exotic vehicle is an absolute one of a kind!

1963 Lamborghini 350 GTV still looks fresh on Pebble's Concept Lawn
Sun, 18 Aug 2013We already brought you a gallery of Lamborghini's latest rockstar, the Veneno, from it's vaunted spot on the lawns of The Quail here in Monterey. Apparently the Italian brand didn't want the Pebble Beach crowds to feel left out, so it brought the supercar along to the Concept Lawn here as well. Not to miss out on the classics action Lamborghini has matched the Veneno with the car that started everything for the company: the original 1963 350 GTV prototype.
With 50 years separating the Veneno from the debut of the hip 350 GTV at the Turin Motor Show, Lamborghini cheekily mentions that it has stuffed "100 years of innovation in half the time." We'll leave the judgments of historical significance in the capable hands of the Pebble judges, but will agree that the original Lamborghini still looks amazingly hot, decades after its reveal. Apparently the classic 350 GTV doesn't travel a whole lot either, so we're happy to have a chance to lay eyes on it here.
$100,000 reward offered to help recover stolen Lamborghini
Wed, Nov 11 2015Have you seen this Lamborghini? If so, Pinkerton wants to hear from you. And if your information leads to the recovery of the vehicle in question, the private detective agency could give you a reward of $100,000. According to Pinkerton, the white 2015 Lamborghini Aventador roadster was stolen in New York on October 28. It was last seen at the corner of Fowler Road and College Point Boulevard in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, but the agency says it could have been spirited away to Atlanta – or even sent overseas. Pinkerton is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of this vehicle to call 1-800-478-3403. The $100,000 reward being offered in exchange amounts to less than a quarter of the vehicle's $440k purchase price – which is what the insurance agency would surely have to pay out if the vehicle is not recovered. 'Born of a Blue Sky' brings the Amelia Island Concours to you
Fri, 03 May 2013The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has more clout every year and is getting a reputation as Pebble Beach minus the madness. Held in March this year, it celebrated Ducati and the 50-year anniversaries of Lamborghini, the Corvette Sting Ray, Porsche 911 and the Ford GT40.
Justin Lapriore was there, and seemingly everywhere, getting footage of the various wares on display on the lawns and the sand and the runway. The resulting video, Born of a Blue Sky, is a 16-minute survey of some of the finer sights and plenty of engine sounds. Check it out below.
